In August 2022, we rented an entire mountaintop village in Italy (yup!) to host a unique and magical facilitation retreat. But aside from hosting a one-in-a-million learning experience, what was our goal? We wanted to take the top 50 students from our facilitation program, Workshopper Master, and turn them into the top 1% of facilitators IN THE WORLD!
To do this, we curated the most exciting and exclusive event for our students designed to leave them with tangible insights, real inspiration, collaboration opportunities with like-minded peers, and actionable plans for boosting their facilitation careers going forward.
