my updated hair care routine for soft shiny hair!.

What's up everybody, it's Georgina welcome back to my youtube channel So in today's video i'm going to show you guys my updated hair care routine and my hair care routine is super simple I only use four products in total on my hair Um, but i'm not only going to talk about the products that I use but i'm also going to be answering Your guys's questions that you had about my hair as well. So if you guys want to see What I do for my hair then please keep on watching So I'm just quickly gonna tell you guys a little bit about my hair So it is naturally straight and like sleek And i've pretty much had the same exact hairstyle my whole life like it's pretty much always looked like this just dark brown long hair Um last year I did cut layers into my hair Which I do regret because I mean it was fun for like a couple of weeks, but then after I just Regret that I cut my hair. I am not gonna cut layers into my hair ever again because it only looked nice when I styled my hair or blow-dried it or Curled it but then on the days that I didn't feel like doing anything To my layers. It just didn't look good. Like it just was not a vibe I'm going to show you guys the products that I use in my hair right now So I use four products in my hair. Like I mentioned I use a shampoo. I use a conditioner I use a detangling cream and I use a hair oil So the shampoo the conditioner and detangling cream are all three from the same brand, which is maui Moisture hair care which look like this I don't know if you guys have ever seen this brand before but this brand is amazing It's obviously vegan and cruelty free and their products are just the bomb dot com so the shampoo and conditioner that I use are the Revive and hydrate shea butter shampoo and conditioner for a dry and damaged hair So I don't really have dry and damaged hair, but I just like the moisture that these products give me so yeah, these products are great and they also smell amazing like It smells so sweet it's like actually amazing and then for the detangling cream, this is also from the um Like from the same range or whatever. It's also the same packaging. This is the detangling cream Um also for dry and damaged hair and I just use a couple of pumps and spread this through my hair after I Have washed it like before I brush my hair out because I don't like to brush through my hair with no product in it because I just like don't want to tug on my hair a lot So I just always like to have like some product in my hair before I actually brush it So yeah, I put this on my hair when it's damp after Washing the last product that I use for my hair is a oil serum This is the beauty works argan serum with argan oil. This is also vegan and cruelty free. It smells amazing It makes your hair so soft so shiny And this is like one of the few oils that doesn't feel too heavy on my hair It's like a really really like soft oil. It doesn't weigh my hair down. It's not too heavy like it doesn't You know with some oils you put it in your hair and then four hours later your hair like still looks like oily like you just applied the oil to your hair if that makes any sense, but This hair oil is Amazing. I use this every single day Um, it also says daily treatment. So yeah, I do put this in my hair every single day like just whenever I brush my hair Um, but yeah, I only use the detangling cream when I wash my hair So only on wash days when my hair is wet I put this in so now i'm gonna Go through some of your guys's questions. Um, because I asked you guys on instagram if you had any questions about my hair Um besides like the products and everything that I use and I haven't even looked through all of them So i'm just gonna grab my dms right now one girl asked me. How often do I cut it? Will you cut it again? Will you let it grow more? Um, so I don't really have like a time frame like when I cut my hair it usually Goes like this like I wake up one day and i'm like, oh my gosh I haven't had a haircut in a really long time I should probably book an appointment and then I just like book an appointment. I don't know I just I cut my hair whenever I feel like I need it like when my hair is really dry Or when I have split ends or it just doesn't look healthy anymore And I only let her like cut off the end. So like a tiny tiny bit so it's like a little bit more healthy and like Just looks better. Um, so yeah, I don't really have like a certain Like time that I leave in between. Um When I cut it just when I whenever I feel like it's needed, um Will I cut it again? So yes, like only the ends I will never ever cut layers into my hair or cut my hair shorter ever again because it's just not for me like It's just not for me. And then will you let it grow more? Um, yes, because I am trying to grow out my layers. Um So I went like Is it like three months ago I went and she cut like a little bit more off my hair Just to make it like a little bit more straight on the bottom because when you have layers it kind of like falls Into a point like that, but I just want it straight on like one length again So she cut off a little bit more last time because I am Trying to grow it out and just like get all of the layers on my hair because I don't like it Um, so I am definitely gonna let it grow more the next person asked how did you grow it so long it's beautiful First of all, thank you. Um I have no clue. My hair just grows crazy fast. I don't know what it is It's just genetics I think or whatever like I don't use supplements or hair vitamins or anything like that um Yeah, it just I don't know my hair just grows super fast Yeah, I don't really do anything for it do you get your hair colored and if you get it colored what dye do you use so I actually do not color my hair I have Um colored my hair before in the past. I had my Like I dyed my hair black i've had like a red Washout color i'm pretty sure I bleached my hair one time too, but like a really long time ago I think I was 13 and I did it with like one of those at home Balayage Um bleach kits and my hair went orange. I don't know what I was thinking like miss girl Like what I only had that like orange bleached hair for like a couple of weeks I think because then I went over it with black hair dye, but I haven't colored my hair And I would say like three or four years maybe so this is just all my own color um Yeah, I don't dye my hair because I just love my natural color and sometimes I do like think about doing highlights, but I just know that i'm gonna regret it because every single time that i've done something to my hair. I'm just like why Did I do that? It's just like it's just not me. Like I just like to rock my natural hair Do you use any treatments on your hair? Um, so no besides these four products. I do not use anything I only use this oil as my hair treatment. I guess I don't like use any other Stuff in my hair. How do you prevent frizz someone asked? Again, this oil this oil is amazing i'm pretty sure I have like some frizz right now with the top of my head because I did blow dry my hair today and like sometimes it gets like a little bit frizzy, but I just fix it with grabbing a little bit of oil and just patting it on my hair like that and Um, like only a tiny bit because you don't want to make your hair oily Yeah, just fix it with some oil. How do you blow dry your hair? Um, so most of the time I actually let my hair air dry um I don't know what it is, but I just prefer to let my hair air dry I just like the way it feels and I just like the way it's like it like falls when I um, let my hair air dry, but obviously when I have to be somewhere or like have an appointment or I have to film like today. I just like quickly blow dry it I'm, pretty sure we have like four different hair dryers like laying around the house. Um, this one's the One that I use today. It's from carmen. I don't even know what this is carmen model hd 2075 I don't know. Um, I also use the revlon Um hair dryer sometimes. I don't know if I have it here in my room right now. I don't think so It's just like the big brush. Um, i've used it in some of my videos on youtube already like my hairstyling videos You guys know the one that i'm talking about like the tick tock Like big revlon brush. I use that one sometimes and then just sometimes like I let it air dry What curlers do you use on your hair for beach waves? So I actually I mean I do beach waves sometimes usually when I curl my hair I just do like really loose waves. I don't know if that's the same beach waves or Like loose waves, but if I do waves I use this which is the beauty works professional Styler, I think this is the molly may um wand and this wand just gives you like Amazing beach waves like very loose very like bouncy waves, um Like whenever I curl my hair, I don't do like tight curls or anything because that just doesn't suit me. So I only do like Loose waves and I do also sometimes stray in my hair Which sounds crazy because I do obviously have like naturally stray hair, but sometimes um Like when I sleep with a braid or sleep with a bun and I have like dents in my hair or it's not like completely Straight, I use this straightener Which is from remington and this is a wide plate straightener and this one's amazing because it's really wide So if you have a lot of hair or long hair This is amazing. But yeah, sometimes I mean sometimes I just freaking straighten my hair for fun because i'm bored I don't know. Sometimes it's just like the way that it looks when I straighten my hair. I don't know i'm crazy But yeah, those are kind of like the two main hair tools that I Use whenever I style my hair That was kind of like the majority of the questions. I mean a lot of people had the same questions just like um How do I grow my hair the products that I use styling tools? And everything like that. I hope I could help some of you Um, but yeah The products that I use are actually amazing like i've been using them for months and i'm like my boyfriend uses these products too I don't know if he uses like The like exact range, but I do know he uses maui as well.
