We have a garage with two cars as I said with direct entrance into the house. We'll show it to you at a later stage. But let's put a big focus on the architecture here. You have these picture window slots and of course this big picture window bringing luminosity into the living room and a very elegant landscaped little garden section here with stones to sit down on. And of course observe the beauty of mother nature. Not to forget Patrick, this is your favorite part. What is it? Say what? I said a little fountain. Why is it important to have a fountain in front of a house? Well I don't know if it's important but I like it. I think it brings good energy. Nice wall here in wood with wooden panels that are see-through allowing more light to come in. Now distribution is very simple. We have over 600 square meters of livable space inside. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms on this level and a beautiful living room, entertainment kitchen area and a little surprise. Let's go check it out. Come on. This is your former living room area. You have a ceiling scope here, led strips nicely illuminated. This is where you come to chill, to sit back and of course to watch tv. You've got like 20 friends invited. You've just done a fantastic deal or you're simply celebrating a life. Pour your alcohol. I like the color especially. Oh yeah. What do you think? Is this oak? I'm no wood specialist but could be oak. This is very clever. Coasters. Coasters so that people don't anyone who owns a piano knows exactly that water stains on wood like this. You bet. It's painful to look at. Indeed it is and I'm sure you get to see it in the night shots here how stunning the LED lighting is and how this bar illuminates and welcomes you and says come enjoy it with me. This is the area, the informal channel area where you can come with your friends as well to sit down just before you play some pool or you serve yourself a drink. He's stressing me. Voila. Not missing. Yeah. So a lot of space to store your things in the kitchen. Fantastic. Another little working space maybe to put your coffee machine so that you don't cluster up your main kitchen area. Fantastic. And now let's explore this area right over there. I think I could just take that whole setup and copy paste it in my own crib. Now we have dos puertas. Two doors. Let's have a look. This is what I call a cozy cinema room. Now you might have realized in this home everything is super manageable in size. It's not one of these opulent over-the-top homes. It is manageable. Every room has its purpose and every room has a size that gives comfort. You kind of feel like you're encaved into it which is something I personally love very much. Like the cinema room. It's perfect in size. You have a 4k beamer that projects it onto this screen here. You also have these cushions that isolate the sound and nice here carpet to walk on. And yes I love to walk barefoot. And the reason for it because a lot of people keep asking why do you walk barefoot in a home? Well who walks with shoes in a house? Have you ever asked yourself that question? This room is probably the best isolated tv room I have been in yet because I hear you like you'll be whispering in my ear. Maybe I am whispering in your ear. No it's just sensational how well it is. Yeah like I said everything is in its own proportions but done qualitatively and you can see that someone has spent a really good amount of money to make things the way they are. Now let's go back outside. All right we just left the cinema room. Let's have a quick look into the garage. Voila. Space for two cars. I'm sure if Patrick were presenting it he would be able to explain exactly what it is. Now as I said bathroom, shower, toilet right there. Should we give a quick glimpse? Yeah quick. Quick quick? How quick? Quick quick. Voila. One sink vanity, shower, toilet and nice plastering of natural stone on the wall. So yeah this could be your sixth bedroom. Easily convertible if you don't like gym. By the way I don't mean they have also dumbbells in your weight category. You are a hilarious. Yeah one kilo this is what I train with. Yeah they do indeed and a running machine for you Patrick because you love cardio don't you? Yes I do. Thank you. Let's check this out. Guys this is the most expensive and awesome looking hammock we've ever seen on our channel or I have ever seen in a house or I have ever seen ever ever ever and this is more the place that I would love to come to. Screw the gym. This is where I would spend my evenings, my days relaxing, enjoying a bit of the sun and the view and yeah just embrace the freedom, read a book, some Dostoyevsky, Russian literature or whatever floats your boat. Tommy let's be honest. Read a book? TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Maro Brothers. Now this wraps around to the main garden which we haven't yet shown you ladies and gentlemen but we will at a later stage but I just want to give you a quick peek because here where the stone pedals are you also have an awesome outdoor shower area with this arced shower metal beam. Pretty neat huh Patrick? Yes. What do you think of it? Yeah wow. All right let's continue but wait you can also wrap around the entire house. There's a lot of wrapping happening here. Yeah a lot of wrap. Wrap around the house on the pathways Not really good at that. Anyways you can do that. Let's go inside and let's show you the first two bedrooms on this level. Let's go. All right guys now we've seen the gym, we've seen the kitchen, we've seen this amazing entertainment area, we've seen a cinema room, we've seen everything. Now it's time for the bedroom so let's go. And you haven't seen me from this side. I know it's all about the house and not me but from Patrick's viewing point the POV which you guys are also seeing you get this beauty of a view unfolding, a lot of luminosity coming in and of course here back at the grand entrance with the floating staircase with glass balustrades, dangling chandeliers giving a great depth. That's the vocal point of this section. Bedroom number one, bedroom number two. Let's start with this one. Let's go. Love the view from this bedroom. You look directly out to the 18 meter long heated swimming pool and you can yes open this window and directly jump into it. Pretty cool. And you've probably seen it in the screen the decorum mess of this house and in this bedroom in particular is flawless and it's a continuation of the style and design of the entire house which is pitch perfect. It's consolidated. Now bedroom number two. Let's go. Right off to bed. Did we show you the bathroom? I don't think we showed you the bathroom. How could we have missed it? Cupboard spaces on the left and on the right and your own sweet bathroom with a big shower, rain shower once in granite and a toilet right over there. Now it's time for bedroom number two. Now ensuite bathroom from oh is this maybe micro cemented wall? At least it looks like it. Really cool. When you sit here you get a beautiful view outwards to the mountain and to the greenery. A lot of people thought we're called Mario Brothers but we're Mario Brothers. Makes sense. Now off bedroom number one we have seen on this floor we have this little kitchen net as well. Fantastic. You don't have to go down to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea or a coffee or whatever floats your boat. Or a midnight snack. A midnight snack. Super convenient. Cupboard spaces. I'm a big one in that. Sometimes I hear Patrick crawl out of the bedroom going to the kitchen and prepare himself a proper meal. This guy's crazy but that explains why he's a beefy fella. And I'm more like the skinny boy. Anyways bedroom number two on this level. Let's have a look. Bedroom number two is for your favorite child. It is for your favorite friend because it has this nice outside terrace. You come sit back enjoy smoke a cigarette drink a coffee read a book in the sunshine. Glass balustrades. Now not only do you have a kick at back lounge chairs here to enjoy the sun. You also can sit and have your breakfast here. Or look at your manicured garden which is flat landscaped. Also fantastic for those who like to play some football or badminton there. You can do it. There you have the pergolas which are also automated. We'll come to that at a later stage. Ladies and gentlemen this is where you would wake up to do your sun salute, greet another beautiful day in your life and probably say you made it. Yep yep yep yep. Now it's bathroom time. Just behind me is where the pool table was and now we are outside. What's really cool we have two bar stools here which are covered by this automated pergola. Opens and closes automatically depending on how much sun shines. These things are super expensive and are more expensive now due to the shipping problems that we are having. Now this is where the kitchen was and I want to show you something really cool because these windows here. Wait I'll start with this one. They open up fully like this so that when you are cooking inside of your kitchen it feels like you're merging with the outside environment. You also have your inside outside living. That's what it's all about and we keep saying it. We're hammering it in but that's what it's all about. And now check out this beautiful design of the home. Wow! Can you picture here with friends sun tanning, jumping to the pool which by the way is heated. I'm sure I mentioned it before. Cass the exclusive lister told us that in winter it even steams from the swimming pool because the heating system is so amazing. And now let's continue but before we do this is where we were before. That hammock which is the most epic hammock we've ever seen. The outdoor shower super cool. Everything you need is there. And now let's turn it around because there is more livable area which is slightly covered right there that I would like to show. This is kind of your formal outdoor chill out area.
