shepherds pie recipe video

This Shepherd pie recipe video was done quite a long time ago, but I forgot to upload.

Ingredients;
For The Meat Mix;
Mince Meat (Lamb) - 500g
Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Salt & Pepper - to Taste
1 Medium Onion - chopped
2 Medium Carrot - Diced
Garlic 1 clove (chopped/mashed)
Peas - 100g (frozen or fresh)
Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Red Wine - 1/2 Glass
Rosemary - 1 Teaspoon
Thyme - 1 Teaspoon

For Mashed Potatoes;
Potatoes - 8-10
Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Cheese 50g / 2 tablespoon (Grated)
1 Egg York
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Parmesan Cheese - to taste
