Make Your Own Raisins!

Making your own raisins is fun, gratifying AND tasty! This heritage skill is both easy to master and highly productive. While we have our own small table grape vineyard, you can get sweet seedless grapes from your favorite produce department, farmer's market or, if there's one around, local producer.

Grapes can be dehydrated using either an electric model, or by using solar drying racks. In this video, we show you both approaches! Drying grapes takes multiple days to make a delicious product that will store well, but the results are SO worth it!
