We brought in a horse communicator to have a conversation with the horses and find out what they think and need from us
Hi guys, welcome back to another episode of I'm Amy. We have got an interesting
takampura session coming up. We are waiting for an animal communicator to come and join us today.
We are going to have a little chit chat with our horses. Why an animal communicator? So
Yellow's side has got a little bit of an issue. He likes to have a little bit of a panic attack
every now and then in the horse box. So I decided I've tried everything. I've tried
giving him calming stuff. I've tried tracking him without a horse in the horse box. I've tried
tracking him on different sides of the horse box. He walks on with a happy face and sometimes he's
fine. Sometimes he's not fine. So now that I've decided that I've actually tried everything,
I'm going to try an animal communicator and try to get to the bottom of everything. So my plan of
action is that I'm not going to tell her any background. She doesn't know me. She doesn't
know my horses. And I just want to find out exactly what is happening, why he's feeling
the way he's feeling, why he's doing the things he's doing. And it's also Bubbles' birthday. So
I want to have a little chit chat to Bubbles because I would love to know what's going on
in the little brain of his. What an interesting chat with my horses and my dog. So I had a little
chit chat to the dogs too while I was at it. And Yellow Sub has basically in confusion,
and I'm actually quite proud of myself because I've hit the nail on the head with all my horses.
So I've always said that Yellow Sub is quite a calm horse who likes silence, who doesn't like
too much busyness and noise. And all his answers came out pretty much that. So that was very
interesting. So he doesn't like the noise in his barks, which is fair enough. It is very loud.
That is why I often put balls in his ears with the soundproof ears and the compression hood.
And he says he likes that because it definitely does help. He also says that I need to give him
the calming stuff that I normally give him sometimes, which I completely actually forgot
that I ever gave him calming stuff. So I normally use calmies if anything. So he said he needs that
maybe a little bit extra. So he's clearly very anxious in the horse box. Then I asked,
but why were you okay and then not okay in the horse box? Because he used to travel perfectly.
And he said that when he goes to a big show, other horses have told him that he can actually
crash in a horse box, which makes total sense because I took him to, in a way, a big show
and he traveled there perfectly. And on the way home, he wasn't perfect at all in the horse box.
It was actually quite a, like a stressful trip home. So somebody has told him that you could
crash in a horse box and he has decided now that that makes him very anxious and very stressed.
So I'm hoping that our little chat to him has helped and that he understands from both sides
that if he carries on doing what he does, he can actually make the horse box crash.
So he understood that. So hopefully next time we track him, we're going to have a little chit chat
to him and we're going to try from both sides to make traveling easier. When Lisa asked Bubbles
about his birthday and how old he is, I thought that was the funniest, most classic Bubble answer.
Oh man, I just love that horse. I love just his whole personality and all these answers came out
exactly how I think his brain works. So that was very cool. And yeah, I think I've definitely got
a few things to try and things to work on with both of them. And it was very, very interesting
and definitely worth it. I had a great afternoon learning more about my horses and
feeling a little bit more in tune with them and knowing that I'm actually kind of on the
right track with them with their little things that they like and they don't like. So it's
very interesting and definitely worth a thought and worth a try if you ever have anything that
you need to do with your horses or you don't understand something about your horses.
I think that's very cool. So give it a try and also watch the videos. Don't forget to hit that
subscribe button as well as the like button, the little gold bell that will notify you when we
upload videos and I'll see you guys next time.
