Goodbye Lawnmower 👋 || We Have An Artificial Lawn 👍😆

Well, after all my hard work this Spring trying to sow a new lawn, we’ve decided to bite the bullet and we’re having a artificial lawn laid instead!

Convincing Richard was the hardest part. He took a lot of persuading, that’s for sure, but we went to see my friend from work’s artificial lawn and he was sold! We used the same contractor as my friend, a wonderful man called Joe who did an amazing job. And we could not be more pleased with the result.

It’s maintenance free as far as mowing is concerned, but of course it will still be covered in leaves in the autumn and still needs looking after in other ways, but it’s very pet friendly and so we are very happy with our decision.

Not everyone’s cup of tea I’m sure, and I know some people won’t approve. But we’ve done it, and are really happy with the result. We both agree that for us it’s money well spent.
