This video is about how our small woodworking and furniture business selling cutting boards and charcuterie boards dealt with a broken Glowforge. The Glowforge is a great machine, but like any piece of equipment, it will need replacement parts and maintenance to keep operating smoothly. It was so nice to have thought ahead and purchased a second machine for our small business. Having redundancy for our most critical piece of equipment really saved us this week!
