Hello, everyone, welcome to Studio Floyd, this is Gerald, by the way.
So, before COVID, coffee shops were like an extension of my office.
I'm here for client meetings, making suggestions.
I can actually spend a full three to six hours at a coffee shop.
I'm really thinking of strategies to improve my sales.
Or just create something worth my while.
Lately, artisanal or third-wave coffee shops are a growing trend in the metro.
Aside from the ambience of coffee shops and the kukusi man na talaga,
I personally like the room of different coffee blends.
Pag nasa coffee shop Ako, my go-to order would be a ristretto bianco or flat white,
or just long black.
And I'll add something sweet like oatmeal raisins cookie.
So, for today's video, since na-miss kong mag-coffee shop,
Mag-di-DIY is a home coffee bar.
A swap specially for small space na setup.
We're going to use this very flexible Sanersta trolley from Ikea.
as our main platform to make our mini station.
This one is very easy to assemble.
Next up, kung mapapansin nyo, may nilagay akong wooden platform as the first layer.
I actually did this one out of scrap wood blocks.
The main purpose of putting a platform is to raise the microwave a little.
Patama kasi ang door when you open ceilings at diatin usable,
I'm going to do it the way I want.
I have two main purposes actually of putting a microwave underneath.
Aside from being perfect, the guy's got a finger.
One is for the mabawasan talaga yung space sa kusina.
And pampabigat para maging stable tong mini bar natin and I was like,
Once I'll put the Na Yung espresso machine on top and other stuff.
I need to get the lower part heavier to keep it stable.
If you notice, I'm using a typical Hindi screwdriver here.
I'm using an Allen wrench.
It actually comes with the whole thing, including the yung mga screws.
Before we move on to styling, unbox muna natin ang star ng at coffee station.
So, I chose to use the Smek Espresso Machine.
One, because stylistically, 10 out of 10 are similar.
And apart from that, Magogo din naman yung reviews niya.
Initially, I didn't really want to buy it.
Not for this whole pandemic situation.
Besides, can you name a 3-in-1 diva?
But when I saw it was on sale, it was like 15% ata,
Grab your na, dear din ang discount.
I'm a fan of the 50's retro style of their appliances.
I really like it here, but it's impractical for me now.
Then, Ang ilalagay lang naman natin is ice water at itlo, diba?
So, maybe we should just use the espresso machine for now.
Pag-ipunan ko na lang muna, or maybe pag got ng 100k views tayo siguro,
Bali 10 years maybe Yun, or Hindi Lang.
Yung nakikita nyong hirap ko sa pag-unbox at its espresso machine,
Parag 1-4th and ata ito,
Noong tagal kong bago ma-unbox sya. I'm not going to let you go.
Sobrang hirap niya until I decided na ipahiga na lang sya
I'm going to see you.
By the way, guys, madame chooses colors in their espresso machine.
Ang choices are actually black, cream, pastel blue, pastel green, pink, and red.
Initially, I wanted a beige, but since most of our appliances are in gray and black,
I decided to stay in the country.
The machine, by the way, comes with the following.
Yung tinatanggal ko ngayon is yung water tank lid,
And next is the Yung water tank itself.
So, detachable sya for easy syang nililinsan.
Then, if you're going to kill him, you're going to kill him again.
Yung next na tinanggal ko is the steel cup holder.
So, paywallit lang naman yung cup, yun ang papatungan mo is the only way to get to the top
It's too much for me.
But if for example too much man named Yung mug or Yung cup,
I can go to the hospital, and then I can go to the hospital.
It comes with a float na, by the way, para kung example malakit na makuli yung drink,
Hindi for mag-overflow.
It's not a big deal.
Next na hinahawakan ko is the filter holder.
So, it comes with three filters na.
First one is yung soft pod, and then yung one cup, and then for the two cups.
Yung napapansin yung metallic na naka-oslay na parang may pilog sa taas
It's actually a knob for a steamer.
Hindi lang sya makita here in the frame of it.
Okay, so let's get into styling.
Got this coffee signage on a May Sabitanng mug from Wilcon.
I'm not sure if kung is permanent or not.
Like double-sided tape that needs to be easily attached to a wall.
Yung native bag thing on his side, saw ko lang actually it's a sale item at H&M Home.
I never thought I'd have to go to the coffee bar to accentuate my home.
Since very limited dining space, it is not suitable for stops and is not often used.
Attacking me later in the middle to get us unobstructed shots.
Same thing I saw you do in the thumbnail.
What's good about using this trolley for our mini coffee bar is the movable one.
So, you can mo syang Dalihin his room or closer to his living area.
And pag may guests ka, pwede ka back-entertain while making a coffee in front of them.
It was fun sharing with you how I reimagined a coffee shop with this coffee station at home.
Bonus pa paang pangarapan ng unit every time I make coffee.
Special thanks to Sweet Brata Nela for the freshly baked cookies and July 1st home for the Double Wolf mug.
