KMART HAUL 🛒 New Home Decor, Accessories + Clothing | 2022 Kmart Australia

Hello and welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, my name is Tameka and today I have a Kmart haul. I haven't done one in a while. I've still been going to Kmart. Don't worry, but I haven't done a haul in a while. Now a lot of this stuff is kind of like homewares. If you are new to my channel, hello, welcome, make sure you subscribe, but I did recently move into a new home. So my husband and I built our very first house. So exciting. So I've been getting, you know, some little bits and pieces from Kmart to help decorate. All right. So let's start out with a big one. This is a toaster, but look at this color. Oh my God. I don't really want a four-slice toaster, but I want the color because I also bought the kettle. Our kitchen is very neutral. We've got timber cupboards, white bench tops. So I wanted to spice it up with an exciting kettle. So when I saw this sage green one, I was like, holy hell, I need that immediately. And then it had a matching toaster. So, you know, I had to get it too. I haven't used a toaster or kettle from Kmart before. So I'm not sure how good the quality is. The kettle seems to be going strong so far. Hopefully the toaster does the same. They were around $40, $42 each. So I think that's pretty pricey for Kmart, but like look at it. It's stunning. The next thing I got is this three-section modular unit. Now it's in a huge box. It looks pretty big, but it says it's only 30 centimeters high, 60 centimeters wide and 29 centimeters deep. But I got it to put on top of my desk. So out in our main living area, I've got a desk to just, you know, life admin and YouTube on. So I thought this would be a good way to keep everything neat and tidy. Just pop it on the desk. I can put all my notebooks and stuff in it. Put some nice decorative pieces on top. So hopefully by the time this video goes up, I've set this up and put it on the desk and I can insert a nice clip here of how it looks. But this was only like 20-ish dollars. It wasn't very expensive. Pretty good. Next I got this bowl. So it's kind of like an irregular shaped shallow dish bowl. It's just called the form salad bowl. I can't remember how much it was, but I will link everything I mentioned in the description box below. But I thought this would be good for my desk because I just want it to be like, you know, that little dumping ground. So when we get home, Clinton can put his wallet, his keys, things like that in the bowl. And it still looks cute because I hate ---- dumped all over the kitchen bench. Like everything needs a place. So if everything has a place, everything stays nice and neat. So we can dump all that crap in this bowl. Next I got a fry pan. Pretty basic. It's the 28 centimeter wood look fry pan. And I have used one of these before and it's a really good fry pan. Like for only, I think it's like 20 something dollars. It lasts a very long time. It's really good. Non-stick. The only reason I got a new one is because I cooked some marinated steaks in my other one. And this is also the first time I've had gas and I just had it way too high. The sauce got sticky. It just didn't turn out well. And then I tried to scrape the stuff off the fry pan and scraped the coating. So I had to get another one, but they're so affordable. Like you can go through them. I reckon I had that one for like a good six to eight months. Anyway, next I got this beaded hanging planter and it comes with the pot. Look at that picture. How beautiful. So I am trying to add a little bit of greenery into my new home. And I thought this one would be nice for in the bathroom. Now I did buy a plant. It's like it is a devil's ivy. I'm very new to being a plant mom. I've got one plant so far. It's like an elephant ear. I think it's called and look I did over water it. It has had some issues, but I'm working through it. So hopefully I can look after this plant. Get a load of that. That is nice. The pot is 16 centimeters by 85. No, it's not. It's 16 centimeters by 18.5 and 65 centimeter length hanger. So we have tall ceilings or like high ceilings in this house. And I think this will just look really nice hanging from the roof plant direct over the edge. Oh, that is all from homeware. So moving on to a few accessories. I picked up this pink claw clip. How beautiful is that color? Now I was against came up claw clips for a while because I tried when I first come out and it just could not hold up my hair. And so I was a bit iffy, but I did do a little test run with this and the claws are very strong and it holds up all of my hair. No problem. So absolutely loving the shade. It was only $7 and I really like this style too. Next. I picked up a makeup product. This is the foundation stick and I got it in the shade caramel because I thought this could be a good cream bronzer. This was only $2 as if and the shade range was actually pretty good. So they had some fair shades. I reckon fair enough that I could use and it also went very deep which is really nice. Not a lot of undertones obviously, but it's nice to see that they're actually catering for the range of skin tones like they're trying. Okay. I don't know why I picked it up really because I did just do a whole heap of testing came up makeup videos and a lot of the makeup was like like they had good qualities and then a lot of bad qualities. So I don't know. I'm not sure how this is going to go. I just thought it would be good to try. So next I picked up a toothbrush holder. Wow. Fascinating black gold few bucks. I don't know but I got this because by the time this video goes up, I've probably already gone but I am going to the Price Line Beauty Prescription event and I am so excited. I haven't seen this event happen for years prior to covid life and I have always been oh my god, so jealous and just wanted to go and experience it all and I'm so excited to have been invited this year and so, you know, I need a toothbrush holder for traveling. Next I picked up another clear phone case. These are only a few dollars and they actually do a really good job at protecting my phone. I also use the clear like the glass screen protectors from Kmart and they save my phone every time I replace one like it's shattered, but my screen underneath is perfect. So highly recommend that I did need a new one though because the current one I've got is starting to you know, fall apart and it turns a really nice tinge of brown instead of a nice clear color. All right, and then the last thing I picked up is a clothing item and this is a corduroy puffer jacket. Now. I've never really been a puffer jacket gal, but I wanted to be and as soon as I saw this one with the corduroy material. Oh my god. I had to get it and the color the color. Let me try it on. So I picked it up in a size 10 and it was pretty pricey for Kmart. It was 40 bucks damn, but this is what it looks like. Oh my god. How nice is this? It is so puffy and cozy and warm. It doesn't even get that cold here in Queensland, but I just had to get it. Oh my god is so cozy. It's like a doona. Look it matches my eyeshadow too and my shirt. God.
