olives 60 gr
green beans 500 gr
peeled almonds 100 gr (a bit more to add on the top)
parmesan 30 gr
basil
EVO oil
PEACH TART:
type 2 flour 230 gr
0 flour 70 gr
butter 150 gr
sugar 1 table spoon
cold water 70 ml
salt 1/2 teaspoon
5 peaches
1 lemon
jam 4 tablespoon approx. (lemon in the original recipe)
brown sugar 3 tablespoon
basil
1 egg yolk
milk 1 tablespoon

mandorle pelate 100 gr (più una manciata da cospargere alla fine)
parmigiano 30 gr

olio extra vergine d'oliva
TORTA DI PESCHE:
farina tipo 2 230 gr
farina 0 70 gr
burro150 gr
zucchero 1 table spoon
acqua fredda 70 ml
sale 1/2 teaspoon
5 pesche
1 limone
marmellata 4 cucchiai circa (limone; io ho usato zucca cedrina)
zucchero di canna 3 cucchiai
basilico
1 tuorlo
latte1 cucchiaio
