This is Jean Watts and you're watching New You. How would you define your personal sense of style? It really ranges. Sometimes I'll be like girlier and old-fashioned Hollywood, whatever they like. Or sometimes it's super grungy. I love like the leather, the lace, all that stuff. I like, it really depends on what I'm feeling in the moment. What's appropriate for expressing who I am. Now we focus a lot on health at New You. Do you have a piece of health advice that you would give your younger fans, your younger self? Well, I just recently went vegan, which is kind of hard. I'm from Chicago, so I'm used to eating. So I recently was doing that. Really the best health advice is really spiritually and mentally to start there. And everything else kind of falls into place for sure. Now what about beauty trends? Any beauty trends you're loving right now? I always loved contour. So that's always a beauty trend. And makeup wise, you mean? So makeup wise, I'm really getting into the glitter on the lid. There was a huge time where I was like, I'm never wearing glitter and it's too much. But now I really, really like it. So this is like Urban Decay. Can't remember their name. Thank you. As we head into New Year's Eve, it's all about the smile. Definitely. And I always got my winged liner. That's kind of like my go-to always.
