Good evening MWM family!!!! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! In today’s video… it’s another styling video! This time… we are styling NIGHTSTANDS. Nightstands can be rather tricky for a lot of us. So, I thought it would be fun to keep going with the styling videos and bring you some inspiration for the spaces that we sleep next to on a daily basis. I hope you enjoy!
Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel.
If you are new, welcome.
My name is Hannah and I'm the mom with muscle.

a ton.
And if you aren't already following me on Instagram, I would love to have you over at
mom with muscle.
Without further ado, let's get into this styling video.
We are currently in my bedroom.
We are currently on my side of the bed.
Couple key aspects to take away before we get into the different styles.
My nightstand is 40 inches.
So it's a rather large oversized nightstand.
Typically nightstands range from 20 to 30 inches in width.
So mine is definitely an oversized nightstand.
It is from restoration hardware.
This is the herringbone line and all of the decor and items that I show within this video
will be down in the description box for easy purchasing.
So if you see something that you want to check out, just check the description box for anything
that you see in my video.
A couple things to take away when styling your nightstand, there is the light source,
making sure you have some sort of light source.
Obviously I have the lamp behind me, adding greenery.
Here are some green stems that I purchased from Hobby Lobby, faux olive branches, adding
some sort of filler decor.
In this circumstance, I have my geode crystal and a beautiful round tray on my coffee table
books as well as adding layers.
So that is where the coffee table books come into account.
So as well as art piece, having some sort of art piece will also add some visual interest.
So those are some kind of key aspects when styling your nightstands.
So I'm going to do some close-ups of this style and then I'm going to play around and
do some other styles for you.
So let's get into the other styles.
Here is the second style.
So starting on the right side of the nightstand, this is the olive bush that I did get from
Target.
This is from the Threshold line.
I have talked about this in a lot of my videos and honestly it has made its way all around
my house.
I think it is such a universal bush.
It's a great height, it's got good volume to it.
Does it look 100% real?
Obviously not, but you are getting what you are paying for.
I think I paid $50 for this, but it has definitely been well worth the money in my opinion.
Moving over here, I'm going to keep the lamp in every single one of my styles.
It's from Home Depot.
This is a RH dupe.
You might recognize the artwork here.
This is one of the art pieces that I actually created.
I get questions on these all the time.
I picked up some acrylic paint from Michaels.
I picked up these frames from Michaels and just had an art day and did some abstract
artwork.
And this is the print that actually is behind me when I do my intros.
So I took one of those, moved it up here.
And then moving into this beautiful little accessory moment.
I have a marble, it's actually a cheese kind of tray for serving purposes, but I have been
using it for styling purposes.
That is from my sister's shop.
If she is sold out, I will have that linked down below.
But I did find an alternative in gray and a gray marble on Amazon, so that will be down
below for you guys as well.
But then I paired my beautiful Vibes candle, my Vibes brass wick cutters, as well as the
modern wear market match cloche.
So I love the simplicity of this style and I think a lot of people can take some elements
away from this style and implement it into your home.
So this is the second nightstand styling.
So here is the third style.
Starting on this side, I went with kind of more of a natural and like organic approach
to this.
Starting with these, these are actual live curly willows that I purchased from Trader
Joe's.
They are styled in a CB2 vessel and I place it on top of two coffee table books here.
I have the homebody and I have the white.
So if you guys will notice, I broke up the colors between the gray tone of my nightstand
and kind of the darker tones of the vessel.
So bringing a lighter object, the coffee table books, and then putting that darker vessel
on top.
And then moving over here, again, kept it very simple.
I brought in the personalization touch, which is a family photo of Colin, Ryder, and I,
and then I brought in these little marble vessel with some selenite sticks to add some
decor and visual interest.
Again, kept this very, very simple, more of an organic approach, less is more, but this
is the third style.
Don't be afraid, won't let you fall, girl.
Here is style number four.
I did a little bit of a different approach.
Again, doing these styling videos is making me kind of think outside the box and put together
styles that typically I probably wouldn't have done on a normal basis.
So starting on the right side, this is a beautiful floral arrangement that I actually put together.
All the florals are from Trader Joe's.
I have been loving everything about Trader Joe's.
Not only do we grocery shop there on a weekly basis, but they have so many beautiful flowers
right now, especially their ranunculas.
If you're a floral person, be sure to check them out.
So I arranged that fresh floral arrangement as of yesterday.
I have the marble links that I have talked about multiple times here on my channel, and
then I have the Peter Lindbergh and the Tom Ford book paired with that.
And then on this side, I have the cordless Vitruvi diffuser going.
If you have not checked that out, is it worth the money?
Be sure to check out this video that I have linked in the cards on my review on it.
And then I did a really fun little style with a bunch of different geode crystals.
From geode crystals to quartz crystals, kind of did an ombre effect in a beautiful little
black tray.
So that was kind of different for me, but definitely incorporating a little bit more
black within this style.
But yeah, this is style number four for you.
Here is the fifth and final style.
This could honestly be sponsored by Target, because there's a lot of Target decor in this.
Starting on this side, the flowers are actually faux.
Those are from Magnolia Holmes Hearth and Hand from Target.
There are two stems within that vessel, kind of giving a minimalistic approach.
And then the vessel is also from, I think, Studio McGee's line.
It's that kind of glazed vessel vase that she had a few months back.
Underneath that vessel, I have the brass Studio McGee Infamous Knot and three coffee table
books.
Starting from the bottom, I have white, homebody, and bologna home.
Moving over to this side, I have that cheese board again.
I have been loving this cheese board for styling purposes for a couple reasons.
The size of it is about a foot in diameter, so you can fit quite a bit of decor on top
of it.
And then I really love the contrast between the marble and the wood legs.
Again, that item is from my sister's shop.
And on top of that, I have my Pottery Barn custom candle that I did back during my gift
giving guide, as well as a sage stick and a Palo Santo stick, and of course, my watercraft.
If you have yet to pick yourself up a watercraft, I have loved having this on my bedside.
I'm drinking a ton of water throughout the night, and it's just such an aesthetically
pleasing container.
This one is in a charcoal gray.
Here's your cup.
But this does come in a clear option as well, but I love the kind of etching of this, if
you guys can see that.
And this has just been, honestly, a game changer when it comes to bedtime and being able to
have water on the side of my bed, but still look aesthetically pleasing.
So, make sure to pick yourself up a watercraft.
All right, that does it for today's video.
I hope you guys enjoyed.
Hopefully, you got some inspiration, as always, from my styling series.
I had a lot of fun with this.
Again, it's pushing me outside of my comfort zone.
It's pushing me to move my decor around my house and kind of step outside the box a little
bit.
And hopefully, this was inspirational to you guys.
If you recreate some of my looks, please tag me on Instagram.
I love when you guys interact with me on Instagram and show me maybe some of the things that
