Boston Lab’s 80 Percent Kill Rate Virus Criticized as ‘Playing With Fire’

Hey, good morning everyone. Some big stuff to go into. I want to talk about Boston University creating a new type of virus. Well, they've altered one of the COVID variants to allegedly study the spike protein, the one in the original COVID-19 virus, and they managed to create a new virus that has an 80% kill rate, at least when they use it on mice. Keep in mind that when it comes to testing on mice, the new vaccine they're rolling out has only been tested on I believe eight mice, and so in terms of what they're doing, this is pretty significant. The real deeper part of this though is it's raising more awareness over what they call gain-of-function research, because what Boston University, not even a major virus research facility, is doing is creating a doing again, gain-of-function research, where you're adding new functions to an existing... Sorry, are we on? Adding new functions to an existing virus. All right, we're good. Sorry about that. My producer was saying that we were frozen for a minute. I want to go over that, folks. I also want to go over some of the pandemic politics, what's happening with that, detailing, well, how these things could even possibly happen. And also after the jump, and we're not on YouTube anymore, I want to go into some very controversial things, including, for example, new evidence on Nancy Pelosi's attacker that really just destroyed the narrative of him being a right-wing extremist. He looks like a very far left-wing extremist and a nudist activist. And also talking about J6 and some of the Pelosi involvement that has not been discussed anywhere, but I can't talk about that on YouTube. All right, folks, that said, let's jump into the first story. I want to talk about Boston University. Now, let me show you this. This is Daily Mail exclusive story they had. They said, this is playing with fire. It could spark a lab-generated pandemic. God forbid we have a lab-generated pandemic now, right? Now it says, experts slams Boston lab where scientists have created a new deadly COVID strain with an 80% kill rate. And it said, Boston University scientists were today condemned for playing with fire after it emerged they had created a new lethal COVID strain in a laboratory. Dailymail.com revealed the team had made a hybrid virus combining Omicron with the original Wuhan strain that killed 80% of mice in the study. Now, remember when they talked about hybrid viruses, this is a chimeric virus. Those of you who watched the virus documentary I did at the beginning of the pandemic, actually still available. You can watch it on the Crossroads channel. Actually, even on YouTube, we have it still. Surprising We talk about how the Wuhan, separately, the Wuhan laboratory, the Wuhan Institute of Virology was doing research very much like this, and research that very much looks like COVID-19, where they were looking at things like, for example, the horseshoe bat and other things, and they were working with these bat viruses, altering them, even combining different types of, you know, virus elements with SARS, the original SARS virus. And remember that COVID-19 is SARS-CoV-2. They're saying it's like SARS Part 2. Combining these viruses to create a more deadly strain. One of the main things they did was altered these viruses, not talking about Boston, but the Wuhan Institute of Virology, altered the virus, the SARS virus, to be able to more effectively infect human cells. And really, you know, of course, that type of research is deeply, deeply controversial. One of the big questions was, well, was that COVID-19? We still don't have clear answers on that, mainly because they never did a real investigation on it, and still to this day have not actually told us where the virus came from. Which, if in a real, like, normal pandemic situation, that would be one of the first questions you would ever want to answer, because you cannot stop it until you find out where it came from. You need to find the animal reservoir. That's like step one in dealing with a pandemic. And then when people try to talk about the origin of it, they just silenced the whole thing. They actually even heavily censored my documentary on it. Getting down to what's happening with Boston University, they're playing with fire by doing very similar research. According to, you know, some of the critics talking about what they're doing. And it says, the researchers were attempting to discover whether the spike protein on the Omicron variant, responsible for making it the most transmissible of COVID strains to date, is also behind the virus, having a particularly mild effect on infected hosts, with most suffering only slight illness. And well, they made it so it kills 80% of its hosts. We'll see what that means. Now further in it states, the revelation exposes how dangerous virus manipulation research continues to go on, even in the US, despite fears similar practices may have started the pandemic. Professor Shamel Shapira, a leading scientist in the Israeli government said, this should be totally forbidden. It's playing with fire. And a bit more on this. It's interesting now that the NIH itself is actually criticizing this. The NIH itself is actually taking a stance against Boston University for doing this type of virus research. And here we have the Epoch Times talking about this. They say top NIH official was unaware of Boston Labs new COVID-19 research with 80% kill rate in mice. Now, the wording of this is important. This is an NIH official saying that they were unaware of it. This does not mean that everybody in the organization was necessarily unaware of it. But it says, a National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease official, NIH again, said the agency will further evaluate a controversial Boston University commission preprint study that developed a COVID-19 hybrid that killed 80% of lab mice, saying the team involved didn't clear the work with the federal agency. Now, maybe they're making the virus more deadly. Maybe it's because current data shows the vaccines are killing more people than the virus. We'll see, folks. One of the big things on this, though, is remember the NIH itself is actually being accused of sponsoring or at least helping finance in China, very similar research, the creation of chimeric viruses, and also again, doing gain-of-function research where they're adding new functions, making deadly viruses even more deadly, including enabling existing viruses to be able to more easily infect humans. Now, the other important part with this is this is, of course, Boston University. This is not something that's currently proven in any way, but in my opinion, one thing that needs to be looked into is whether there were Chinese national scientists involved with this. Because as we remember during the Trump administration, it was coming out pretty frequently that Chinese scientists and even some, not even just people visiting researchers and so on, but even some programs working directly with Chinese laboratories or Chinese sources were actually involved with stuff like this at many of the U.S. universities. You might remember as well that many professors were facing criminal charges. That was one of the big waves that happened under Trump, criminal charges, because they were working with the Chinese Communist Party and not properly disclosing it, including getting gifts and money and so on. One of the big questions I would have on this is, does Boston University have programs like that with the Chinese Communist Party? This is an unanswered question, but one I think that should be seriously addressed with this, because if they're doing chimeric virus research in a U.S. laboratory, something that has an 80% kill rate in mice, and there are hostile Chinese actors potentially there, I think that's a serious national security threat and goes beyond just medical malpractice or even science going too far. That gets into the realm of potential biological warfare threats from a foreign nation that has expressed its willingness to use attacks like that. Under the Chinese Communist Party's unrestricted warfare doctrine, they specifically state their intent to use biological weapons against the United States. Remember that when it came out that the Chinese Communist Party was doing biometric targeting with biological weapons, basically meaning that they can tailor bioweapons, newly created viruses, to target specific DNA strands, including specific DNA strands of certain races of people. When you're dealing with China, they could just write off the Chinese one, include every other one if they wanted to, and use that for biological weapons attacks. Remember, even during the Obama administration, the U.S. military was forbidden to be using those genealogy test kits because the data was being processed in Chinese laboratories. They said there was a national security threat. I'm not accusing Boston University of any of this, of course, but I am saying that it is a serious threat to be doing this type of research, especially when many universities in the U.S. have open-door policies working with Chinese laboratories and Chinese researchers. I do believe this is something that should be investigated more so than just medical research that did not properly go through the NIH. This is actually pretty serious stuff. Now folks, further into this, let's talk about the pandemic politics, because a lot's happening with this. Biden just did something that I think was actually easy to miss. Biden created a new strategy to prepare for future pandemics and biological threats. So he has taken the next step to prepare for the next pandemic, and some of these things include possibly a repeat of the totalitarian-type policies we witnessed last time, or are still undergoing in some areas. Newsmax had this story. Newsmax said, U.S. President Joe Biden, on Tuesday, set in motion a plan to counter biological threats and prepare for the next pandemic after the COVID-19 coronavirus caused more than 1 million deaths in the United States. Of course, that's after they, of course, made the flu disappear and also combined deaths and so on, or people dying from car crashes that was COVID-related. The National Biodefense Strategy, this is what it's called, released by the White House, said the United States must address the accidental release of biological agents. Lo and behold, right? They need to address the accidental release of biological agents. Well, has that ever happened? Have they properly investigated whether that's happened? Because everybody's been suspecting that's exactly what happened. They told us to look the other way, right? And they also saying, folks, that the threats are also posed by terrorist groups or adversaries seeking to use biological weapons. Adversaries seeking to use biological weapons, maybe like the Chinese Communist Party, highlighting again what we just talked about. Now, a memorandum signed by Biden sets up a policy coordination structure for biodefense among government agencies with oversight by the White House. It directs the U.S. intelligence community, get this, to monitor for threats and ensure the United States continually adapts to this evolving threat landscape by holding annual exercises, a senior administration official said, describing the new plan. Now, this is important because this is one of the big arguments they had with, well, COVID-19 and so on, and keeping their pandemic policies in place. One of the big arguments the CDC made, you might remember, right? When the CDC, the Centers for Disease Control Prevention, when there was talk about ending the pandemic, right? Ending the state of emergency and so on. Part of that is, of course, losing the extra powers that government gets by having a state of emergency. But one of the big things they said is that ending it would end their ability to publicly monitor for biological threats. They said it would end their ability to properly monitor possible new COVID variants and so on, right? Now, that has deeper implications, because what does it mean to actually monitor for those types of threats? What does it mean to actually monitor for people's health? It means you have to monitor people's health. It means you have to track people. You need to do contact tracing and so on. That type of surveillance, where you're watching who's talking to whom, where you're looking at who's in contact with what person and if that person might be sick or whatever else, that requires extremely intrusive technologies. What the Biden administration did was directed the U.S. intelligence community to continue monitoring for threats on this. And so they've found a way to maintain that type of practice through the intelligence agencies. Folks, this isn't the CDC. They're not doing this through the CDC or the centers for disease, sorry, or the NIH or something like that. They're doing it through the intelligence community. Why does the intelligence community have to monitor people for biological threats? Now, if they're monitoring terrorist organizations or whatever else, that's, of course, different, but they're not suggesting that's what they're monitoring right now. Now, it says, the plan also calls for Congress to approve an $88 billion request over five years for preparedness and biodefense, and the research has been installed in Congress as lawmakers bicker over government spending. The goal is to, quote, prevent epidemics and biological incidents before they happen, whether they're naturally occurring, deliberate or accidental, the official said. So, again, if they're monitoring for them and they're talking about, they're warning about terrorism and bioterrorism and so on, that would be deliberate, right? So, of course, I would actually support making sure terrorist groups don't try to launch biological weapons attacks on the United States or countries like China that have stated their intent to do so don't do it. I think it's a good idea to make sure that foreign adversaries and terrorist groups are not doing that. But when you get to the idea of monitoring for naturally occurring viruses, well, how do you control that, right? How often do pandemics happen in history? If you're directing the intelligence community to begin monitoring for the emergence of naturally occurring viruses, that means using, very likely, extremely intrusive technologies, monitoring, again, people's health. What they've effectively created or tried to move forward to fully creating is a system to regulate or to some extent to monitor your health, your personal health. And remember, when it comes to the laws with this, normally your health is between you and your doctor and nothing else. And government getting involved with that is kind of a new step they've taken with it. But they found a gateway to be able to do that by, again, claiming that it's about national security, that it's about, you know, foreign threats or so on. But they're packaging that in together. Now, on that note, though, there is some other stuff happening. They're saying now there's a new vaccine-resistant COVID strain, the most resistant ever because COVID continues to mutate. And as we discussed at the very, very beginning of this whole thing, you're not going to create a functioning vaccine against, you know, against a changing virus. And if you co-opt part of a person's immune system and teach it to focus only on one variant, well, the immune system is compromised to only focus on one thing. That's one of the key problems with mRNA. Essentially, what they're doing is they're taking a portion of your immune system and they're telling it, no longer focus on, you know, natural threats. Don't be dynamic anymore. Focus instead on this one thing. And of course, when people's immune systems begin focusing on one thing, they start ignoring other things like mutations coming from the same virus, which is why they're finding that people who've been vaccinated are more likely to catch some of the new variants. They're now saying that the newest strain is the most resistant to vaccines ever. And of course, been this for a few years now. And it's been detected in the U.S. with three confirmed cases, so it's not very widespread yet. This new, quote-unquote, mutant strain, as they're calling it, they say has caused, has caused to, has gone to double digits overnight, or sorry, in a fortnight in Singapore. So they're making a big deal about it, but it's not spreading that fast. It's based on current stuff, but they're making a big deal about it regardless. And of course, if you're talking about them making a big deal about it, you can do, you can have a virus strain these days where you have a few dozen infections, and they want to mobilize the whole pandemic resource, you know, system behind it. Let's get into this. It says, a new COVID variant that is feared to be the most vaccine resistant yet has sent case numbers soaring in Singapore, and it is already in the U.S. The mutant strain, XBB, is another spin-off of the Omicron variant, so now they have the ninja variant and the mutant variant, they keep coming with those names for them, and has been blamed for Singapore's infection numbers doubling in the past fortnight. It has been, it has accumulated mutations in its receptor-binding domain. A key part of the spike protein were virus-fighting antibodies block and dock and block infections. If you watched my virus documentary at the beginning of the pandemic, you'll remember we talked specifically about how Chinese scientists were altering that spike protein to more effectively dock and block, and so on, and infect human cells. Now, changes to this spot make the virus less recognizable to the immune system of people who are vaccinated or have been infected with COVID previously, so they're claiming even natural immunity, it can bypass to some extent. Sounding the alarm over the new variant, Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Amesh Adhaji said, it is likely the most immune evasive to date, but there's no evidence it is more likely to cause a severe disease or death compared to its parent or sister strains, which have all proven to be mild for most. Now, on this note, just adding some sanity to the argument, remember when they talk about COVID variants, when they talk about just normal viruses and what we know about these in general, viruses over time typically become more virulent, right? They're more easily spread, but they're less deadly. If you talk about the nature of why they claim that is, they claim it's because the virus wants to replicate itself and it doesn't want to kill its host necessarily while it's replicating itself, because that defeats the whole purpose of its survival. Now, this is known about these types of viruses. It is known that over time, they more easily infect people. They become more virulent, right? More people are going to catch it, more people are going to get sick, but they become less deadly under normal circumstances. That's understood about these types of viruses, and now we're seeing examples of it doing this, but every time it does this, they make a big deal about it, and they make the excuse of expanding their existing powers to be able to regulate it. It is manipulating known science around the nature of viruses, and known science that shows that it's actually less dangerous, that it's no longer really a public health threat so much, not more so than the common flu or something like that. But regardless, they keep making a big deal about it, and of course when it comes to Biden creating his new medical monitoring, you know, powers, that's of course pretty significant, because every time a new variant comes out now, they can say, oh, a new variant, now we need to expand, extend, time to extend the emergency powers even further, time to allow us again, yet again, folks, to keep allowing this type of intrusive monitoring and so on and totalitarian policies in various states. They can keep doing this as long as this thing is mutating. That being said, there's something actually very interesting coming out. This is global research, and it's a Canadian website. It says the vaccine narrative is collapsing as Harvard University, I studied there, shows the vaccine, or the shot, whatever you want to call it, is more dangerous than COVID. It says, as boosters that have not been tested on human beings are being rolled out across the country, a new study indicates that the jab is far more dangerous than COVID-19 itself, and the CDC has provided less false information regarding the tracking of adverse events linked to the vaccines. Further in, it states a new study conducted by scientists from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, currently in pre-print, reveals that the COVID-19 vaccines, and keep in mind this is pre-print, not fully out there yet, says that the COVID-19 vaccines were up to 98 times worse than the virus itself. The study is critical of the booster requirements for American University students, stating in the abstract, using CDC and sponsor-related adverse event data, we find that booster mandates may cause a next expected harm per COVID-19 hospitalizations prevented in previously uninfected young adults. We anticipate 19 to 98 serious adverse events, including 1.7 to 3.0 booster-associated myocarditis cases in males, and 1,373 to 3,234 cases of grade 3 reactogeneticity, which interferes with daily activities. Now, what do they mean? They're stating what we discussed previously, which is the vaccines have been shown, we did a whole episode on it not too long ago, to cause higher rates of myocarditis in males. Remember, specifically the mRNA strains. Remember we talked about this specifically with Florida, right? Where in Florida, the Surgeon General actually issued a warning about this. The Surgeon General in Florida has made it now so doctors have to actually warn people when they're getting vaccinated of the potential risks of myocarditis, because there's a significantly higher rate of contracting myocarditis in men. And of course now they're stating that this deadliness of the vaccine and potential health risk of myocarditis and other things makes it more dangerous than even the virus. Meanwhile, people behind the mandates and vaccines have gone on the defense, and this is one of the big things that I think is going to start happening on a larger scale very soon. I'll get into why this is, but let me show you something first. Dr. Fauci is saying, I had nothing to do with it when asked if it was a mistake to see schools closing as long as they were. This is important because there's a big call right now to start holding people accountable, to investigate people like Fauci on the rolling out of these evil policies that have destroyed people's lives and livelihoods. Dr. Fauci is trying to write off the blame. He's saying, I had nothing to do with it. The Gateway Pundit reports, Dr. Fauci rejected the criticism over his COVID-19 response in a sit-down interview with ABC's John Carl. Now in early 2020, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx used completely fraudulent disease models to persuade President Trump to lock down the entire U.S. economy. And the Gateway Pundit reported two years ago, in mid-April 2020, Dr. Fauci admitted that it was he and Dr. Birx who persuaded President Trump to lock down the U.S. economy, knowing the massive destruction this would cause in jobs, lives, learning, child development, and commerce, suggesting that Fauci is not being honest when he says, I had nothing to do with it. And it's not just Fauci trying to write off the history of his involvement with these types of policies, folks. The Pfizer CEO is also saying the same thing, that their vaccine protections against, he's saying the vaccine protects against transmission, and then gradually changed his narrative over time. Remember, you know, the key slogan, whenever someone who's been vaccinated, whenever someone's been vaccinated gets the virus again, they say, well, thank goodness I'm double-vaxxed and triple-vaxxed and so on, or it might have been worse. Well, the data suggests that's not the case. Let me show you the Pfizer CEO and how he's gradually changing his narrative. This is a video we have on Twitter. Let's see if we can play this. A lot of indications right now that are telling us that there is a protection against transmission of the disease. There is no variant that we have identified that escapes the protection of our vaccine. To come now with a treatment of 90% effectiveness, you know, personally makes me a lot, very proud about it. And we know that the two doses of the vaccine offer very limited protection, if any. The three doses with a booster, they offer reasonable protection. It is necessary a fourth boost right now. The protection that you are getting from the third, it is good enough, actually quite good for hospitalizations and deaths. It's not that good against infections, but doesn't last. A lot of indications right now. There you go, folks. There is the narrative changing over time. You know, the real terrible ironies were being told to trust the science, that these folks are the science, and that not trusting them is denying reality itself or spreading dangerous rhetoric that is going to cause people to become ill or put other people's lives at risk because it's going to get them infected and so on. They continually change the narrative. They continually change what they're saying based on, well, them being proven false. Them, it being shown that they lie to us. It being shown that they got information wrong. And we're being told to not pay attention when they get information wrong and to continue trusting them despite the fact that they keep lying to us and keep getting information wrong. It's this ridiculous narrative being pushed that somehow you need to just blindly follow the science, quote the science, as they continually change the science and as the science continually shows that the previous science was false. But there's a big call on this because as they've been lying to us, as they continually change the narrative, as they continually just go with the next update and don't acknowledge when they were shown to have had things wrong, even just destroying people's lives in the process, as they continue to do this, they're now calling for amnesty. They want us to forgive and forget and move on and they don't want to go to jail. They don't want to be investigated as they're making billions and billions of dollars, including of taxpayer money, through these types of policies and mandates and so on. The Atlantic had a pretty controversial story on this. The Atlantic wrote this. Let me show you. It says, let's declare a pandemic amnesty and the wave of criticism of this has been massive. The wave of criticism against this specific article has been huge because people are saying, no, we will not grant amnesty. No, we will not forgive and forget. We want to see these people held accountable. Every single person from Fauci to the Pfizer CEO to the politicians who pushed this, to the activist groups who enforced it, to the different agencies that carried it out and fired people and had people's lives destroyed, every single one of them should be held accountable. And no, the American people do not want a pandemic amnesty. The people responsible want a pandemic amnesty. I'm sure just like the Nazi guards who just followed orders wanted to have some kind of amnesty as well. But guess what? If you're going to ruin people's lives, if you're going to make kids double mask and have virus-filled masks on their faces all day long while they're trying to learn, if you want to put kids in states where they become suicidal and then offer them euthanasia like they've been doing in Canada to cure their depression by killing them, well, you know what? I think they should be held accountable for that. If you're destroying people's lives, actually killing people in Canada over these things, yeah, there's no amnesty for that. But the Atlantic says this. They say in April 2020, with nothing else to do, my family took an enormous number of hikes. We all wore cloth masks that I had made myself, which do nothing. We had a family hand signal, which the person in front would use if someone was approaching on the trail and we needed to put on our masks. Once when another child got too close to my then four-year-old son on a bridge, he yelled at her, social distancing. These precautions were totally misguided. In April of 2020, no one got the coronavirus from passing someone else hiking. Outdoor transmission was vanishingly rare. Our cloth masks made out of old bandanas wouldn't have done anything anyway. But the thing is, we didn't know. And the narrative they're pushing now is, we didn't know. Or if you're Fauci, they're saying, I had nothing to do with it. The guy who said he had everything to do with it is now saying, I had nothing to do with it. And folks, they're saying that because they just didn't know. They didn't know that lying to you about these things was just going to destroy your life and so on. But you just forgive and forget. Move on with your life. Yeah, they're going to keep their powers in place. They're going to keep all the totalitarian systems they created, but they want you to forgive them for everything else they've done while they continue to hold the powers to continue to abuse you in the future. So just forgive and forget, right? Now, again, that's important because, on a more serious note, if these people are not held accountable, it can happen again. If they're not held accountable, if Fauci is not criticized for this, if he's not punished for this, frankly, maybe I think he should be stripped of his pension for this, frankly. If they're not properly held account, at the very least, frankly, if they're not properly held accountable, if people don't maybe even go to prison for this, such as for violating people's religious protections by violating COVID, by, again, trying to force people to get COVID vaccines, even if it violates their religious beliefs, if they violated people's constitutional rights, at the very least, they should be sued out the window. Because if that does not happen, it will happen again. And as we discussed a minute ago, Biden has already created the government powers to make sure that they're prepared if it does happen again, and to ensure they have the ability to launch very similar programs if it happens again. And if you don't want it happening again, while there cannot be some kind of forgive and forget amnesty, where all the bad actors, all the irresponsible doctors, all the people carrying out these policies are just allowed to get off scot-free, in my personal opinion. First, though, folks, real quick, I'll answer a question. This is from Celeste Ryder. You're saying, Joshua, have you seen the newly released peer-reviewed study published showing that the PCR tests have a false discovery rate of 42%? The same PCR tests that were used to determine that we were in a pandemic, and same use to test the efficacy of the vaccines? Well, I haven't seen the study yet, but I knew this. We talked about this at the very beginning of the pandemic, where people were buying the PCR tests from China, and they were shown to have about 50% false positives. And then we're told that saying that there's false positives was a conspiracy theory. Remember that when Canada was buying PCR tests from China, when European countries like Italy were buying PCR tests from China, they were finding the PCR tests were giving false positives. Remember that? And then the Biden administration subsidizes the purchasing of these same PCR tests, including from China, and they never make this case that, hey, they're giving false positives, after they knew that that was the case, because other countries were trying to get refunds from the Chinese Communist Party because they got ripped off by PCR tests that don't work. Not to mention the fact that some of You know, even beyond whether the tests work, if you're letting the data be processed in Chinese laboratories, they can say whatever they want, and they can do whatever they want. And if it's in their interest to make sure the economies of the world stay locked down to even the playing field as their own economy is really facing imminent collapse, well, yeah, they would do it. And yeah, that's a serious threat. And if we're basing policies based on unreliable data being fed to us by sources we know are not reliable, then why are they doing it? Again, this raises the issue of accountability. The people doing this should be held accountable. Did they know these test kits were not reliable? Well, yeah, we knew because other countries purchased them from China. And studies at the very beginning of all this showed they were not reliable. Then why did the Biden administration continue to purchase them and use taxpayer money to do that? That should be investigated. It should be criminally investigated. And yes, they should be held accountable, in my opinion, right? All right, folks, that said, let's jump over to Epic TV, because there's some stuff that YouTube just does not like us talking about. Let me show you this and we'll jump over. Americans really need to wake up and understand your rights were infringed upon. I mean, they barred you from going to church. They barred you from assembly. Then they censored you if you tended to speak up against it, right? We saw that the data that they're putting out was primed for fear mongering, and it really did little to reflect the truth of what was happening. Why did we do a one-size-fits-all quarantine, social distancing, school closures, business closures, lockdowns? It made no sense. You need to look over your county, your state. There's a lot of laws left on the book that are going to keep you from loved ones if they're dying in the hospital, or they're going to, you know, quash your kids onto the testing regime if they start that back up again, or your local doctor is not going to speak the truth to you here in California because if he does, you could lose his license.
