EXCITING NEWS! 2022 HGTV Dream Home

Yeah, I'm in the bathroom having coffee. I have some exciting news to share with you guys. Stick around and I'll tell you what it is. Last year, you may remember when we gave our dated master bath a much needed makeover. Here's the before and here's the after. I know, right? Light, bright, and exciting. It's definitely our happy place. There's a reason why I'm in our guest bathroom. This is the second story bathroom that some things are gonna start happening. But before I tell you what's going on, I wanted to share some exciting news with you guys. I've been invited by HGTV and Delta to share the HGTV 2022 Dream Home, you guys. I'm so excited. If you are just now following me, let me get you caught up a little bit. Okay, so last year, I was invited to do a virtual tour because of 2020, we had to do a virtual to keep everyone safe. And it was very nice because I got to be on a panel of a bunch of amazing influencers. And I got to meet Brian Patrick Flynn, who's just one amazing designer. And I'm gonna meet him again, but this time in person. I'm gonna be visiting the Dream Home and touring it with my BFF husband in Vermont. So I cannot wait to share this with you guys. So I wanna give you a tour of our second story bathroom. It's a guest bathroom slash my kids sometimes use it and our grandkids use it too. But it's kind of like the same situation I had in our master, but a lot of it's cosmetic. I'm not gonna be moving any pipes or anything this time. It's gonna be like a full gut job, but I'm just going to make it even more prettier. I updated the rest of our home. I saved the bathrooms for last because they take the longest. So I'm very excited to be partnering with Delta Faucets. And I'm gonna be sharing a lot of the behind the scenes of a lot of the new products that they have out, you guys. It's gonna be exciting, so be sure to follow me. Now, the thing with this bathroom is like I said, it's just cosmetic. So everything is going and I'm gonna put in new cabinetry, new countertop, new bathroom. I have a bathroom that's in this room. So let me just show you, this is the bathroom. Like I said, it is, oh, it needs some work. It needs some work. I don't wanna knock my bath because I love my home, but this bathroom needs work. I have a situation that's going on up here that I'm not sure what's going on. We had someone come out and look at it, but my contractor already said he's gonna bust all that open and find out what's going on and replace it with something new. So I'm excited about that. As far as this situation in here, I'm thinking about putting just a tub and maybe doing a beautiful tile on the wall, as well as doing a tile situation over the sinks, over the vanity, rather. I'm looking forward to that because like I said, I want it to be an even flow throughout the rest of my home, but I'm gonna take you guys on that journey and I'm gonna share with you from the beginning till the end, so be sure to follow me and stay tuned.
