Would the SCOUT rule to limit or end affirmative action in higher education in the upcoming hearing? The Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) and a coalition of Asian American organizations as well as parents and students from all over the U.S. will be rallying in front of the Supreme Court at 1:30pm EST on Oct. 30th.
The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in the SFFA vs. Harvard University & the University of Norther Carolina lawsuits on Monday Oct. 31.
