Slow travel in a way, is the discovering of new destinations or rediscovering old ones, by way of connectedness to the environment, the people and your own experience of your journey. It is a way of intentionally going about your trip .... not just rushing to your destination. A road trip is an excellent idea for this kind of traveling.

This journey was done mostly in the Western Cape Garden Route region, with Sedgefield as our home base. In the video the footage used, was taken while driving around Hoekwil, Wilderness and Sedgefield.
