National Disability Employment Awareness Month at the FAA Tech Center

The William J. Hughes Technical Center celebrates October’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Kimberly B. Tweedle, an Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist, National Complaint Services, Office of Civil Rights (ACT-9), who is deaf, highlights how employers and employees can commit to providing equal opportunities in the workplace for people with disabilities. By encouraging respectful and honest communication and advocating for access to tools and services, we can work together to remove barriers for those with disabilities and create a stronger, more inclusive work environment.
