Let's go ahead and welcome Sarah and let's go visit her home today. Hey everyone over at Living at Country Channel, my name is Sarah and I'm absolutely thrilled to bring you guys along for a tour of my 1926 Louisiana cottage. But first, what you need to know is that the house you're about to see looks nothing like the house that I purchased back in 2016. You see the exterior was completely overtaken and overgrown with red tip photinias, trees and other vegetation. On the inside, the ceilings were caving in, water damage was abundant and the house was in ruin. In fact, most people thought the house should just be raised but the minute that I laid my eyes on this cottage, I saw the after in my head and I knew exactly the potential that was hiding beneath the rot and the ruin. So come along with me and let me show you the renovation that I completed of this 1926 Louisiana cottage. A big thank you to Sarah for opening up her beautiful home and sharing it with us here today. Make sure you guys go give her a follow and make sure you guys hit that playlist down below to get even more inspiration here on our channel. Thank you all so much for watching Limited Country and I'll see you guys later, bye.
