Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. I hope you are doing great today.
So today's video is going to be a winter self-care, body care kind of a day.
So basically I live in Mumbai and the winters over here isn't that harsh.
For example, like the way it is in Delhi and other parts of India or elsewhere in the world.
So I'm just going to be showing you guys what all products I use during this time of the year.
Basically my skin is a lot dry like 24-7 throughout the year.
But this time of the month it tends to be and get a lot more drier.
So I'm just going to be showing you guys what all things I do to keep my skin all
glowy and hydrated during this time of the month.
Why am I saying this time of the month?
Anyways, so having said that, let's begin.
So I'm starting by using a body wash.
This one is the Nivea Scrum Care body wash.
It's for dry skin types.
It smells like a classic Nivea scent.
It's nothing fruity or floral.
And the best thing I love about this body wash is that it has moisturizer in it.
And it leaves my skin feeling so very moisturized.
It lathers well.
In fact, much more than other body washes out there.
The scent is perfect and it also cleanses pretty well.
It's just perfect for the winters and so affordable as well.
So if you are looking for a body wash that doesn't actually strip your skin out of moisture,
this is the body wash that you should be using while taking a shower.
Because it actually does moisturize the skin and you could actually feel it.
Then I went in with a body scrub.
This is a Palmer's Cocoa Body Scrub.
And this scrub is so moisturizing.
It gives a really good scrub but not like an intense scrub.
Which is good because it's winters so that you do not actually strip your skin.
It is enriched with cocoa extract and shea butter.
It has a really thick, creamy consistency.
It glides on really easily and leaves my skin so smooth and moisturized.
I really enjoy using this scrub, especially during the season.
It's like my go-to scrub.
I'm also quickly going in with a pumice stone to clean my feet.
After taking a shower, now it's time to moisturize.
I like to go in with a body oil before I even get out of the shower.
I love the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Body Oil.
It's just such a good body oil.
This is my second bottle and I absolutely recommend this for the winters.
It keeps your skin so moisturized and it penetrates deep down into the skin,
which I absolutely love.
And then I'm going in with a lotion.
This is the Palmer's Cocoa Lotion.
If you have issues like dry patches, dark spots, this lotion is just perfect.
It has vitamin E in it and it keeps the skin moisturized for a longer period of time.
I honestly have been loving this cocoa butter combination.
It has a really thick consistency and it does such a good job of moisturizing the skin
and keeps it moisturized for a much longer period of time.
Now I'm quickly going to take off my makeup.
I'm going in with the Garnier's Micellar Oil Cleanser.
Pouring it on a cotton pad and I'll keep that over my eye for a minute or so
and I'll get rid of all my makeup.
Then I'm going in with a face wash tonight.
I am using the By Dolma's Face Wash.
It's a very soft and gentle cleanser.
It's a soap-free cleanser and it works so well.
It cleanses the skin without leaving it dry, which is just perfect.
I love using a moisturizing face mask during the winters.
So today I'm using the Megcaffeine's Choco Face Mask.
I picked this one up for the winters and it works perfectly.
It literally smells like cocoa and also I feel like I was applying chocolate all over my face.
It left my skin feeling so hydrated and soft, just the way I wanted it to work.
So I'm just applying this all over my face and I'll leave it on for around 10 minutes
and rinse it off.
I'm going to go in with a toner.
I have spoken a lot of times about this toner.
Absolutely perfect for the winters and it keeps my skin
so hydrated and nourished and plump for a longer period of time.
Once I'm done applying my toner, it's time for a face serum.
So tonight I'm using the Arbutin Face Serum from The Minimalist.
This serum is so good and I'm using this since I just popped a pimple a few days back
and this works so great for dark spots.
It's like my go-to serum for dark spots.
And for my moisturiser tonight, I have been loving the Cetaphil's moisturiser.
Now this moisturiser has a really thick consistency.
It's perfect for dry skin types.
It's thick but not greasy so it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and moisturised.
I'm going to finish it off with Calabas Dry Oil.
Trust me you guys, if you have dry skin,
this is such a great product to use before you sleep
because it honestly leaves your skin feeling so soft, supple and smooth.
To finish up with the body care,
I am just going to use In The Stars Body Mist from Bath & Body Works.
It does go well with the cocoa butter combination
and this body mist is so long-lasting.
I absolutely love it.
Alright you guys, so that was my winter self-care routine.
I specifically did not mention or did not include my hair care routine
because I think that would have been a lot longer.
So I thought let's make that a whole separate video.
So I will be posting a winter hair care routine soon.
So stay tuned for that if you want to know how I take care of my hair during this winter.
And yeah, pretty much that is it.
I hope you guys like this video.
I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
If you did, like, share and subscribe.
I will see you in my next video.
Bye!
