So did I pass or fail?
Anyone that's learning to drive, please check out the Ultimate Driving Course,
which I've created using my 10 year experience as a driving instructor.
There's over 35 videos covering every topic required to pass the driving test
using my simple and effective techniques.
And you can see exactly how it works by watching the driving lesson videos
that are uploaded every Wednesday.
Hey guys, welcome to another video.
So I am in India again.
About two or three months ago, I did a driving lesson video
with Sodhi from Sodhi Driving School.
He runs a local driving school which has got the most five star reviews
more than any other local driving school.
And in the last video, which I said was a couple of months ago,
we did a driving lesson where Sodhi gave me a few tips.
But today we're going to do a video of an actual driving test,
how a driving test takes place in India.
So we're at the driving course.
It's a closed course.
It's not out on the main roads.
And Sodhi is going to instruct me just like the examiner would on the driving test day.
I haven't sat this course before.
And so we're going to see how it goes, see if we can pass the driving test.
And by looking at the course, I don't think it's going to last too long.
Sodhi, how long is the driving?
This is only a five minute driving lesson.
So the driving test is only going to be five minutes.
And you're going to make me do everything.
You're going to make me do everything.
Yeah.
Okay.
First is the parallel parking.
Only one minute and 26 seconds timing.
Only parallel parking.
So you have one minute, one minute, 26 seconds.
Parallel parking.
Okay.
So when he asked me to do the parallel parking, we have a time limit of one minute, 26 seconds.
Okay.
That's quite precise.
Is there any other time limit?
No.
The full lesson is the five minutes.
Okay.
Right.
So should we get started?
Okay.
Ready?
Shall I start?
Yeah.
He's getting stuck in the seat.
That's it.
Okay.
Ready?
Okay.
You're stuck?
The parallel parking.
You want me to stop here?
Stop here.
Your parallel parking time, one minute, 26 seconds.
Okay.
And you want me to park in the box here?
Yeah, left.
Okay.
Corner?
Yeah, corner.
Follow the arrow.
Which arrow?
The left side here?
Less than the eight.
8.8, it's called, yeah?
Yeah.
Never touch the white line.
Left side.
Straight, yeah?
No, left side.
Right side.
Right side stopping.
After left, park.
Back.
So go here and stop, yeah?
Back, follow the white line.
Keep reversing back, yeah?
Yeah.
Where I said the 90 degree parking.
Okay, park down there now, yeah?
Yeah.
Just stop straight here.
Yeah.
Okay, is that the end, yeah?
Yeah.
Okay, so did I pass or fail?
You passed.
I passed?
Yeah.
I'm glad to hear that.
Thank you very much.
Any mistakes?
There sometimes was a parallel parking 1 minute 26
and your parallel parking time 1 minute 35.
Oh, you was counting that?
Yeah.
Oh, that's impressive.
So what happens there is that,
did they fail me for that then or?
Yeah.
So I failed?
I didn't pass?
No, no, no, pass.
Only 10 minutes more.
10 seconds.
Your, uh, 10 seconds.
Are we allowed that?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
That's okay?
Okay, that's okay.
Everything's okay.
Okay, so if you go over the time,
they're okay with that test?
Yeah.
They let you off by about 10 seconds.
Okay.
Okay, so I took a little bit too long for the parallel park.
Everything else good?
Everything's good.
Okay, so guys, that was a driving test in India.
That's how the actual driving test be on a closed circuit like this.
And you saw there,
I kind of took a bit too long for the parallel parking,
but I passed my driving test in India.
And Sodhi, thank you very much.
Thanks a lot.
And guys, like always,
thanks for watching.
