Well hey everybody it's your good buddy 650ib here and welcome to season six of the new bike build
series. This season we're using a brand new 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 and with the help of our channel
sponsor The Magnificent Miami Manny from Motomillion we will transform that motorcycle
into something more beautiful and special and faster than it already is. At the end of the
build series we are giving it away to one of you outstanding people viewing the video.
Information on how you might win that motorcycle is in the description. If you're new to my channel

to complete our 2020 S1000RR M Sport and we finally got a new rate cycle fender eliminator for the
motorcycle. Let's go inside and have Zach install it. Hey what's going on? Hey Mr. Zach. So Manny from
Motomillion and NewRageCycles came through for us and we wound up getting our fender rear
fender eliminator kit. Yes at the 11th hour I might add. Yes at the 11th hour but hey we got it in
time. We can't be sending bikes out with stock under tails right? No. Shoot we cut the one off
the Aprilia with a chop saw. Yeah I remember that. Go check that out. Scared the crap out of me. Yeah yeah you
weren't even prepared for that one. So it looks like we got a fair amount of pieces here. They run
taillight and then your turn signals. We've always had good luck with NRC stuff. It looks like it is
a plug and play kit so that's nice. No wiring needed. It doesn't look like they got instructions
up yet on their site but we should be able to figure it out. There's not too many pieces.
We do have the one where the license plate is going to be mounted a little bit lower.
Okay. It does look like they make a version so they have the standard mount version and the
tucked so we have the tucked one. Here's what the standard one would look like. You can see the
plates just out a little bit farther. If you have some strict law enforcement around you, you might
want to pick that one. Keep you out of trouble. We're going for the sleek look as always so ours
is going to be a little more flush. Yeah I don't think our winner of this motorcycle is going to
have an issue at all seeing that he is a police officer himself. Oh well there you go. So there's
just some pictures of that. Let's get to it in real life so we'll just undo what we just did a
couple days ago because that's what we do here. Unfortunately Zach, my apologies. It's all good,
it happens. All right so we got our rear license plate holder off again. It was custom. We did
apply part of the carbon fiber tank protector to it so it wasn't totally unmodified. Our wires
should just go through the same hole our factory wires went through like so. Got some really nice
wire loom here. Really nice factory connector. Okay. I love seeing that stuff. Yes.
So then it looks like this is what we're going to wind up with. Something like that.
So that's good. All our wires line up now. We need a couple mounting holes.
Those two and then I think we have some supplied spacers that we'll use.
Let's just hook these to the key. Stay. Might stay. Probably won't.
So then let's take a look at our, take a peek at our hardware here. Looks like we got some spacers
which we're going to need. Probably a plug for a hole that's not going to get a screw in it.
So these four must mount our plate. Another couple dummy plugs. These are going to help
hold screws together. Okay. Then we got short screws, nuts, and a rubber piece. Okay. And we
also have this bracket which has really nice threads pressed into it. So before I could see
this lines up only in one spot back here. I don't know. Oh, all right. I see. I bet you it goes.
There's two holes right here. So our threads are probably going to go there and then we'll use
these front two and those will be the back two and we'll put those white spacers in between.
Okay. Okay. So we got that figured out. That's nice. We should probably mount our plate before
we go all the way on. I'm going to guess that's the short bolts and nuts and then this is all
adjustable and we're going to have a license plate light. Oh cool. LED. Yeah. LED. Always nice.
Keeps it legal. Yep. Okay. We got those nice and tight. Now our license plate light wire.
Well, there's a little cutout right here. So I'm going to say that's probably exactly what
that's for. See this little cutout? Yes. The wire should tuck in there pretty nicely. We'll feed
that into all tail section. Cool. So up next, we're going to grab the four mounting screws
and the spacers and I think we'll assemble it like this. Screw sits in there nice and flush.
That was really cool. So we'll put a screw, then a spacer, and then I think one of these
metal washers just to help hold everything in place. And now you have to do it for the other
side. Yeah, we got four of these to do. So I found a seven mil deep well socket. If we just
hold this washer, get it just started a little bit, we can take our seven mil socket and should
be able to. Another one pushed right on. Just kind of hold the screw and get that to push on. Yeah.
It doesn't have to be super tight because it'll adjust its positioning when you tighten it up,
but see it holds everything in place. Yeah. That's the purpose. And then I think these
holes would be if we were using the other style license plate, the wire would probably come
through here and those two would be the mounts. Yes. That's what they sent the plastic plugs for.
So we'll just go ahead and pop them in because we're not going to use those positions.
It should help sleek in the look of our right there. Yeah. Those are nice. Yeah.
Fit like a glove. Yep. I like that. So now these two are just going to go in the factory spot.
Other ones are going to go in that rail that we put up there.
And what size ratchet is that? We got a three millimeter Allen. Okay.
I really like this hardware they used. Once I tighten it up, you're not even going to see it.
That was pretty slick on their part. To me, Zach, it looks like it was well worth the time they spent,
you know, developing this. Yeah, definitely. I'm liking it a lot.
Even compared to the, what was the Aprilia one? We had to drill some holes. Yes. You never liked
doing that. No. And I will be impressed if all those screws lined up like they're supposed to.
Yeah. That's what's up next, but it looks like we're definitely at least very close,
if not dead on. All right. Let's see how they sit in there. Nice and flush.
Oh yeah. I like that. Yeah. Yeah. So we're just tightening against that plastic spacer. So you
don't want to go crazy tight. And the fastener has a three millimeter head, so it's pretty easy
to strip out. Yes. So just nice and snug on those. And then they also sent along these little black
rubber caps. I'm guessing that's just for these threads that protrude through here so that nothing
gets cut or snagged. Oh, that's cool, man. Yeah. This one's a little bit close to our OBD sensor.
I'm not going to put that on because it doesn't matter. Yeah. It's just a cap for this. I don't
think it's touching it, but it's not going to hurt anything. Okay. We're just going to leave it be.
So we put our license plate. It looks like it fit best with the bracket sitting in front of the
plate because the plate wouldn't tuck up in there. Yeah. And then we'll just snug it up.
This thing looks really good, Zach. Is it centered up? It is centered. All right, cool.
I thought it was. There's a little bit of wiggle room there if it's not centered.
Is that still the three millimeter Allen? No, we had to switch to a four. Okay. Let's see if
we can figure out a wire color for left and right. I don't think there is a difference, though. That's
the problem. We got black, red, yellow, and gray. Yeah. So we got no difference for left and right,
so we have to guess again. Okay. So guarantee this will be wrong. Right. You only have a 50-50
shot. Yeah, 50-50 shot. Always get it wrong. All right. We got it plugged in. Find the key here.
So we should have the left turn signal back here. If not, we got to switch it.
And we do. Yes. Awesome. Well, let's plug the other side into the right then.
We'll worry about routing that later. All right. Let's see if we have a full function here before
we reassemble the motorcycle. So we got a running light. That is very visible. Yes.
Brake light. Brake light. Brake light again. Awesome. We should have right turn signal. Yes,
you do. Cool. Everything flashing at the same rate still. That's nice. Yes. We're not flashing
super fast. And then we should have left turn signal. Yes, we do. Awesome. And let's check our
four ways. Four ways, yeah. It's just kind of all flashing, huh? Yeah, all flashing.
So we don't have... What lights up when you hit the brake? Everything lights up? Everything,
yeah. What about if we got turn signal going and we apply the brake? Yeah, same as before. You
have a left brake, yeah. But it does look... It's very visible. Yes, it is. That's what I was afraid
of. Yeah. But it is very visible. I was too, but it looks nice. And it really did tidy everything
up. We just got to hide those wires and get the plastic back on. Yeah. Our plate might be just a
hair crooked. Let's try to straighten that out. Super easy. Yeah. All right. So we got all the
wires tidied up. That was easy enough. A couple zip ties. I wasn't able to use the factory holders
for the connectors, but not a big deal. They're not going anywhere. Yeah. Snapped our tail section
back on like we've shown before. Just putting in the final screw and we can see what this looks
like all together. But I'm really liking it so far. Me too, man. There's the install for our
NRC new Rage Cycles fender eliminator kit. And this was the tucked version. They also make a
standard one. Yes. Get them from Manny at Moto Million. Discount code is in the description.
Check it out on his website. Thanks for watching, guys. And we'll catch you in the next video where
it should be all about the H2. Yes, finally. All right. Thanks, Zach. You heard Zach. We're going
to push these bikes off. The winner of the season five of the New Bike Build Series is going to
collect his S1000RR soon. Well, actually, I'm going to deliver it to him soon. And then the
rest of our videos will be about the Ninja H2. All right. Thank you guys so much for supporting
the New Bike Build Series. Information on how you can win one of our motorcycles is in the
description. If you're new to the channel, hit the subscribe button. If you're already a subscriber,
tap that bell and you'll get notified when new content is uploaded. The S1000RR is coming off
the bench and it's looking great now that it has its fender eliminator from our good friends at
New Rage Cycle. We just can't stop looking at this thing. Looks amazing. Definitely worth the wait.
All right, folks. Thanks so much for viewing the video. We'll catch you next time.
