A Wild Swim in a Mountain Llyn | Eryri (Snowdonia)

A magical mountain swim in a beautiful blue llyn (lake) in Eryri! Another silent style vlog for a wonderful afternoon swimming underneath some craggy mountain peaks.

//Wild swimming tips:
If you’re wanting to start wild swimming, please remember to always bring lots of layers and a hot drink to warm up with after you get out as your body temp can drop. If the temp is particularly cold, don’t spend too long in the water and make sure to immediately get changed after getting out. If you’re not a strong swimmer, stick to shallow areas with little to no current. Go with someone the first few times at least incase you get into any danger and make sure the body of water you’re swimming in is accessible and you’re allowed to swim there (reservoirs are generally a no-no!)
Keep safe, and make sure you’re always prepared.
