THIS STORY REALLY TUGGED AT OUR HEARTS! WE DROPPED EVERYTHING TO COMMIT!

In case you haven't follow this tragic story. First of all we send our love, prayers, love and light to the family. A couple was in a tragic accident on Pacheco Pass is what we were told. The woman passed away =( one dog was hit by a car, one was found safe, and Lucy was missing.

Well listen to this! Lucy is a fighter. She stayed in the trailer attached to the truck when it was towed.....to Los Banos!!! How terrifying! We've been following and communicating the whole time. We were ready to head out so many time. Kristin at Los banos shelter has been amazing! And big thank you to Diane. We were scared too many people were involved calling and concerned. She stayed at the tow yard then bit the guy when he tried to get her. That's when we came in. She went miles to a property and hid under a truck since last night. I was going to bed but we were going to head out. Its an hour and a half away. But we were ready. It all worked out.

This morning she was still under the truck!!! The plan was for hubby to head out this morning. So he picked up my mother in law to help. We got contact with the neighbor of the owner. And had them send personal items of the owner and a toy of the doggy for familiar scents. The son headed over to meet hubby and my mother in law. Hubby arrived and confirmed she was there! I've been on the edge of my seat this whole time! We didn't want people to go out and scare her she's still on a busy street.

She even passed the 152!!!! She traveled a mile from the tow yard.

Poor baby stayed safe and was ready to be saved.
