10 – Bombardier Global 8000 – $66 Million Starting off our list, the Global 8000 business
jet is planned to be able to fly farther than any other of its kind.
Not only does Bombardier supply jets to Opel Winfrey, Bill Gates and Celine Dion, the company
also claims that the Global 8000 will have the lowest fuel burn and emissions of any
business jet like it.
With entry into service planned to occur sometime in 2019, this go-green air machine will be
able to fly non-stop from Sydney to Los Angeles or Hong Kong to New York.
9 – Airbus A319 Corporate Jet – $80.7 Million With some of the sleekest and eye-catching
designs, it's no surprise that Airbus' prestigious family of corporate jets would
appear in this video.
With a base model price of $80 million, you and those in your company could relax in what
Airbus prides itself to be known as unmatched comfort.
Added customizations to improve performance include the A319 Neo engine and sharklets
on the ends of wings, both of which combined could save up to 24% in fuel costs for this
124-seater, versatile jetliner.
8 – Donald Trump's Boeing 757 – $100 Million Donald Trump's iconic Boeing 757 comes in
at number 8 on our list.
With some dubbing the jet as Trump Force One, Trump owns this private jet in its entirety,
as you would expect, which he uses for his campaign promotions.
When this controversial presidential candidate lands in his prestigious plane, the T-Bird,
as he refers to it, he does it in unforgettable style.
The Donald has owned the T-Bird since 2011 after purchasing it from Microsoft co-founder
Paul Allen and since has customized the aircraft to his liking both inside and out.
7 – Tyler Perry's Gulfstream III – $125 Million Tyler Perry's Gulfstream III comes
complete with even varnished and polished wooden benches.
With many cushy chairs, fancy curtains, TV screens and location displays, Perry's private
jet looks more like a fully-fledged hotel than a mode of transport.
This narrow jet is decorated with three painted lines on the sides reaching a crescendo at
the tail.
Nicely combined with sleek sharklets on the tail and wings, valued at $125 million, the
Hollywood star also boasts a 42-inch LCD screen, theater lighting, electronically controlled
window shades, Blu-ray players and film collections for said players.
6 – Joseph Lau's Boeing 747-8 VIP – $153 Million Hong Kong real estate investor Joseph
Lau sports one of the most beautiful jetliners on this list, with its plain top playfully
entwining with a light shade of blue and the lightness aesthetically submits to a deep
ocean blue throughout a crisp white curve.
Titled Dreamliner, the latest technology, video displays and spiral staircases, as well
as options for a cinema and a gym, can all be found on board this jet.
5 – Roman Abramovich's 767-33A ER – $170 Million Clocking in at fifth place is Russian
businessman and owner of the Chelsea Football Club, Roman Abramovich's beige and hazelnut
Boeing 767.
The plane, which happens to allegedly feature a dining facility for 30 people, sports a
chestnut and gold-decorated interior and is rumored to also have missile protection for
extra security.
Complete with space enough to accommodate what was originally planned to be up to 300
passengers, Russia's 12th richest man's jet, named the Bandit, has the ability to
accommodate Chelsea FC's players to a game and back.
4 – Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's 747-400 – $220 Million No prestigious list would
be complete without the deserved company of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal.
The Saudi businessman and investor has owned the plane since 2003 and has since customized
it to include a dining table to seat 13 guests and himself, two high-quality bedrooms, and
a throne in the center of the aircraft.
To make sure that the Prince and his guests are properly attended to and taken care of,
11 flight attendants are on board during flights on the iconic 747, spacious enough to have
originally seated over 400.
3 – Hassanal Bolkiah's Boeing 747 – $230 Million The final 747 on our list is none
other than Hassanal Bolkiah's.
Decorated with bazik upholstery and golden supports, the luxury chairs are one of the
highlights of the Sultan of Brunei's pride and joy of the upper atmosphere.
Given that the original price of this unique air beauty was approximately $100 million,
the world's richest monarch has since spent in excess of that same amount again in decorating
the living room, bedroom, and bathroom in gold and crystal, the latter of which sports
sinks made entirely out of solid gold.
2 – Alisher Usmanov's Airbus A340 – $400 Million Second richest Russian, Alisher Usmanov
named the world's largest and most expensive Russian jet after his father, Gorkhan.
With a chocolate, coca, and hazelnut exterior, this mouthwatering masterpiece is larger than
even Vladimir Putin's private jet.
The buying price of an A340-300 was $238 million, but however, sources have placed the estimated
value at as high as double that price, depending upon the interior decoration and install technology.
1 – Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal's A380 – $500 Million The number one spot for the world's
most expensive private jet is our returning Saudi businessman, Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal's
Airbus A380.
One of the most recognizable models to most, the flying palace's final price was estimated
at an amazing $500 million.
The prince's white and golden behemoth's luxurious exterior carries into the inside,
featuring olive reclining chairs and a 14-seat dining area decorated lavishly with flowing
strokes of beige throughout a shining gold-colored table.
And of course, no palace would be complete without a similarly toned throne for a prince.
