The reason why I made this topic at the beginning is because I noticed that after the KMT revised the law, the right to transfer documents owned by the Legislative Yuan was changed to the right to investigate. The right to investigate was originally the right to dismiss judges. Now the Legislative Yuan has taken the right to investigate, which means that it can transfer documents to the person it wants to transfer documents to. The scope of the right to investigate has also expanded from the administrative department to private companies and private organizations. Later, I did some further research, and found that the right to investigate documents is very limited. Even our personal information is included. Simply put, after the KMT revised the law, 23 million people in Taiwan can be transferred by the Legislative Yuan. Don't you think it's ridiculous? The Legislative Yuan will remove the right to transfer to the general public. It needs to be investigated. But the Legislative Yuan transfers to the people, to private companies, and to private organizations. It doesn't need to be investigated. This is where the KMT revised the law and made its right to investigate unlimitedly. Now let's look at the first question. The KMT has upgraded the right to transfer documents to the right to investigate. What is the seriousness? Let's first look at the rights of the Legislative Yuan before the revision of the law. Before the revision of the law, the Legislative Yuan only had the right to transfer documents. That is, it could only ask the administrative authorities for information. It couldn't send people. It couldn't force people to answer. It couldn't investigate. If the administrative authorities thought that the information was classified or inappropriate, they could refuse or make a statement. After the revision of the law, the right to investigate was added. Let me show you the whole article. The Legislative Yuan's right to investigate requires the relevant authorities, judges, groups, and individuals to provide information and documents, and to make a statement or testify. Those who refuse to provide information will be fined up to 100,000 yuan by the Legislative Yuan. The fine can be extended until the revision of the law is carried out. Let me talk about the corporate part first. This is a big problem. Simply put, as long as the Legislative Yuan agrees, the corporate must provide information. What if the information is classified? Can the corporate refuse to provide information? There are many pro-communist legislators in the Legislative Yuan. If these legislators give information about Taichi Power to the CCP or its opponents, can Taichi Power still exist? The semiconductor is Taiwan's main industry. If the legislators are willing to obtain confidential information about the semiconductor can Taiwan still stand firm on the semiconductor? There is a terrible thing about this law. If this law is implemented, it means that the Kuomintang is in control of Taiwan's corporate and company's right to live and die. In the future, will all the corporations and companies be subject to the Kuomintang? Does this mean that the Kuomintang is equal to the Communist Party of China that listens behind the scenes? Does this mean that Taiwan will be taken by the CCP? Now we are going to talk about the contempt of Congress clause. What clause is this? Let me read it to you. If the attendance is false, it becomes a tongue twister. If it is the people, it can be sentenced to three years in prison. If it is the officials, it can be sentenced to one year in prison. Let me tell you. This law is very cruel. It is particularly cruel to Taiwanese. Normally, when the people are summoned to the court, we can hire a lawyer. We have the right to protest. Because normally, the people are not very clear about the law. Not everyone can defend themselves. So there is a system of lawyers. Your court does not have a system of lawyers. If you don't understand the law, the people who are summoned to the court don't have a lawyer to help them. You don't even allow the people to defend themselves. You even set up a contempt of Congress clause. People defend themselves. You say they become a tongue twister. Why is the KMT so cruel to Taiwanese? Why is the KMT so good to Lu Pei?
