One is the implementation area, and the other is the subject. Let's take a look. What does it say? The bill is limited to Taiwan. Let's take a look at Article 4, the implementation area. Voters are subject to the Republic of China's free zone before the voting date. They are not allowed to vote based on the application of the law. This paragraph is very clear. Article 4 does not say that it is limited to Taiwan. It says that those who are subject to the Republic of China's free zone can apply. Let's take a look at Article 5, the subject. There are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Article 4 states that it is limited to those who work outside of the subject area. Outside of the subject area, it may include mainland China, Hong Kong, or other countries. It does not say that it is limited to Taiwan. Article 5 states that it is limited to those who work outside of the subject area. The scope is very broad, isn't it? Therefore, it does not say that voting is not limited to Taiwan. Just look at these two lines, and you will know that Blue and White are lying. Voting is not limited to Taiwan. It means that mainland China and Hong Kong can also vote. This is a big problem. Can you vote in your own will in mainland China and Hong Kong? Will someone put pressure on you for half a year, three months, or a month before you vote? On the day you vote, is there anyone watching you? During the re-election of the KMT, the KMT dared to conduct a dead man's vote. If there is a loophole in the electoral system, even if you don't kill Hong Kong, you can still vote. I want to tell you that I have been writing articles for many years. I found that it is not easy to defend Taiwan's democracy. Taiwan is so small. There are only 23 million people. Taiwan is not a strong country, but a weak country. We are facing a very strong enemy. How can we hold on to democracy for so long? One of the key points is the electoral system. Therefore, the electoral system is very important. Now the Chinese Communist Party is aiming at our electoral system. I told the people that everyone should be very defensive. Because after the electoral system is broken, Taiwan's democratic defense line will be broken. Next, I will tell you about the second feature voting system in the no-vote system. Where is the hidden door? It is hidden in Article 9 of the amendments to the Constitution. What does Article 9 say? Article 9 of the amendments to the Constitution states that the voting area of the special election office and the priority candidates will be determined by the Central Election Commission. You give all the power to the Central Election Commission. If the Central Election Commission announces the voting area will the primary voters have time to vote? The so-called special election voting area is decided by the Central Election Commission. If the Central Election Commission is politically intervened, the special election voting area is a voting hotbed. It can decide who gets the vote. Right? It is a group of people who are mobilized by a certain political party. It's not that you can vote by applying. The Central Election Commission has to decide. So this is a big problem. Now I will make a summary. As you can see, the communication voting area and the special election voting area are all very problematic. Look at these amendments to the Constitution. They are all helping the CCP to take over Taiwan. Among them, I think the most serious problem is the non-essential voting. Why do I say this? As you can see, the Democratic People's Party has been president for three consecutive terms. If in the fourth term, the people are soft-hearted, and want the KMT to be president once, it will be hard to pull it down again. I'm sorry. We don't have this opportunity anymore. If we don't vote in this term, and this amendment is passed, when it comes to the general election, the mainland and Hong Kong voters will be very fierce. Through this communication voting, there is a special election voting area in Taiwan. If the Central Election Commission's policy is not neutral, the people of Taiwan will be in trouble. Taiwan has only 23 million people. If we have hundreds of thousands of votes, we can control the outcome of the Taiwan election.
