I've been asked by many what we have to look for here in Israel in relation to the struggles of people who are far far beyond the days and continents.
Well the Jewish people, the nation of Israel, in their exile from Egypt brought the good news of freedom to the world.
Egypt, they say, is called Egypt because a slave who entered there would never leave, from the land of Egypt.
Ancient Egypt, perhaps even modern glory, is a symbol of slavery, a symbol of human slavery.
Today we see this slavery unfortunately in China.
In China, I saw with my own eyes a Chinese citizen is not allowed to board the train without presenting his magnetic card, a magnetic identification card to the ticket reader before he boarded the train.
Not only does he pay a price but he also needs to identify himself and the authorities can take his place wherever he is.
It is a rule that fears its citizens, it is a rule that restricts the freedom of its citizens.
He's not so afraid of an external enemy as he is of his own citizens.
That's why it's a kingdom that loses its citizens.
The Jewish people who first preached the gospel of freedom 2,500 years ago couldn't stand up to it.
We can't accept that someone else is using mechanisms, we're using processes to kill someone.
A man can be a capitalist, a communist, a democrat, whatever he wants.
He will make his choice and pay the price himself.
This is the gospel of the Jewish people.
"Behold, I have set before you life and good, death and evil.
He chose life, the Torah recommends us, choose life, but if you want to choose otherwise, choose, it's your right.
You pay for it, you plan the trip, but you choose.
In China we see exactly the opposite thesis.
There is a party, there is a mechanism and he dictates to the people the values he will support, the form of his behavior.
He takes care of his people with everything they need and demands from them a loving quote.
The Jewish world, the Israeli-Jewish philosophical approach cannot accept such a thing.
Therefore it is the duty of every one who is faithful to the laws of Judaism, the laws of the people of Israel, to resist this service, to resist this ban.
Whether it's Adam's or whether it's a party or government mechanism.
Afterwards, when Israel was expelled from their land, a foreign ruler came to the land of Israel and expelled the people.
Even here a totalitarian government allows itself to enslave citizens, enslave people and remove it from their place.
This is the Jewish people's purse, the opposite of this thing.
We cannot accept under any circumstances, not only the Jewish people, even outside the people of Israel, cannot accept that a person or an institution be enslaved and deprived of freedom by another person.
That's why I felt the need to come here and support over the years this struggle of the Apelon Gong to free themselves and express themselves as they wish.
And so I think it is the duty of every single one of the people of Israel to oppose this thing, to oppose the enslavement of Chinese citizens, whether it be the people of Apelon Gong or whether it be in any other way.
This is the reason and it is the duty of the Jewish people not only to look at its problems, but also to oppose the philosophical views that oppose it,
Especially when they get a look of horror like we see and hear happening with the Gong App.
I call on everyone to join this struggle, to oppose this slavery and to bring the message of freedom to the world and to China.
