Before #XiJinping's upcoming visit to the #UnitedStates, he first sent #ZhangYouxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the #CCP, to #Russia to publicly pledge loyalty to #Putin. Such obsequious flattery has never been seen even in the CCP's dealings with the former #SovietUnion.
