Downloaded Claude Desktop, booked Pro plan and testing out the first Claude Dashboard functionality with prompting.
I test bar charts, line charts, and matrix visuals, showing the prompts, the results, and my first impressions of the experience.

Hey there, Ilya here, trying to test
my first Claude dashboard after installing a Claude desktop.
So I open the desktop and I give it a prompt,
give me a simple dashboard, a few charts,
a bar and a line chart,
also give me a matrix visual on the bottom of the page, also create
a few filter drop-downs. So it takes just a few minutes probably
and then the dashboard starts
being created. Once it's created I look through it,
there's a line chart, there's
also a bar and on the bottom a bar chart
and the bottom there's a matrix visual
with where you can drag and drop.
Okay the next thing I want to do I went on
Google and looked up some Power BI dashboard just a simple one. I did a
screenshot of it and pasted the screenshot
in the Claude chat and say can
adapt the current dashboard to the screenshot design and after maybe 10
minutes it came out it came back
with the really nice looking design which is
very similar to the screenshot
of a Power BI designer that I have uploaded and
there's a waterfall chart some other things look nice
and then at the end I
looked at my consumption and I used 2%
or I used 6% of a current session's limit
with my dashboard and 2% of my week's quota
for the dashboard I have a paid
pro plan lowest plan and
so I mean all in all I am happy with the dashboard it was
like relatively quick about well let's say
20 minutes creation time uh the looks nice
it's useful for a simple dashboard of course
the minus it's not like Power BI you cannot
edit it live in the canvas with the mouse drag
and drop uh you cannot do that and um yeah so far i
like it. I haven't tested it further and I'll
be testing it further in the future. Thank you for watching. Bye!
