Welcome to my channel and my kitchen
Today I’d like to share with you a delicious lahmacun recipe that’s just as satisfying as store-bought versions and perfect for when you’re craving a homemade one
For our recipe you can use 2 dried onions 3 tomatoes 6 green peppers 1.5 capsicum and 2 more of your choice
One square mile
Let's gather all the materials and get started in the ring
I pulled the materials into the circle
I freeze the vegetables whole straight from summer then take them out and use as needed—it's incredibly convenient
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of pepper paste and salt
Add a pinch of ground red pepper paprika and black pepper
Add 1 cup of liquid oil
Mix well
If you don't eat meat you can prepare lahmacun using this mixture as a vegetarian version
I added 400 grams of ground meat
Add 400 grams of ground meat and mix thoroughly
For sosu: 1 tablespoon flour half a cup of liquid oil half a cup of water 1 tablespoon grape vinegar
I'm preparing this sauce to spread on the dough
We'll make the lahmacun using the dough rounds
Let's get a sheet of parchment paper for the tray
Now lay one piece of phyllo dough on top of the tray
Let's close the edges as shown in the video
Let's pour our prepared sauce over it
Let's cover the other sides in the same way
Let's take a break from our repetition
Scoop 6 tablespoons of our prepared mixture
onto the surface and spread it out evenly
Since my vegetables came straight from the freezer I didn't use any water
If your mixture is too thick and hard to spread you can add a little water
Place it in the middle of the preheated oven at 200 degrees
My oven baked it in 15 minutes too
The edges are golden brown
We can take it out of the oven
Let's put the second tray in the oven too
I'm cutting it into 4 pieces
You can have it cut into smaller pieces if you'd like
Let's stack them on top of each other
I used a total of four phyllo sheets The sauce
we prepared fits perfectly for the four sheets
Our internal mortar is increasing rather than decreasing
You can transfer any leftover mortar we prepared into the freezer then remove and reuse it later
You may continue if you wish
You can prepare it according to the number of people
Our lahmacun is ready
You can serve it with your preferred vegetables
I also want to show you its texture
Crispy and delicious beyond words
Wishing you all the best in advance
Enjoy your meal everyone
