Hi everyone. Today is the part 2 of Google Meet tutorial.
Today I'm going to show you how to change the background and share your screen on Google Meet.
So first of all, you just need to log into your Google Meet like what I'm doing now.
Go to Google Meet and then if you want to start a new meeting,
you can create a meeting or start an instant meeting.
So that's what we're going to do now.
So this way I can show you how to share the meeting Google Meet link with your friend.
So once you create instant meeting, there will be Google Meet link over here.
You can just copy and then you can send the message to your friends or invited by email.
So now we are going to show you how to reframe.
When we click here, it will reframe to be a perfect adjustment to the size of the screen that you have.
And if you click here, you can change the background and effect.
So as you can see, this is my workstation. So it's a bit messy.
I don't want other people to see that.
So you can just blur the background and it will just look a little bit more disguised.
And once you click here, you will be like heavily blur the background.
I don't really like this one because it's a little bit too harsh.
Like the contrast is too much. So I like this one.
So I'm slightly blur the background.
OK. And then like last time, as I show you, I mentioned that you can change to any background that you like.
That's suitable to your mood.
So when you click, you just need to wait a little bit.
And as you can see, there's not going to be a perfect like people can tell that this is the fake background.
So what you have to do is you have to have a very good lighting.
So my this is my window. So the lighting is quite good as it is now.
So you can just select whichever background that you want to.
If you don't want any background at all, you can just click here and then it will remove all the background.
So we're just going to show you how to share the screen.
Now we're going to show you how to share the presentation.
So if you want to show a presentation or any video and you and you want to work on it with your friends,
what you can do is you can just click share screen, go to the window that you want to share.
Like, for example, I want to share this one.
So if you click share the window, it will just only show the window that you only share.
But if you want to switch between window, it's best to share the entire screen.
But in this case, we just want to share a presentation.
So this one is a presentation that I want to work on with my friend.
So I just share that one.
So I add a presentation. There you go.
So my friends and my colleague will see that I these are the presentation that I'm doing.
You know, good food, good life tutorial by Dow and then the picture, any picture you want.
So you get the drift. And if you want to stop the presentation, you can just click here and then stop.
Stop presenting. That's it.
Very easy. So another thing to be very in mind is like you can share Chrome tab.
If you are on Google Meet on Chrome and you want to share a different tabs,
you won't you will be able to just only show that one particular tab when you do a sharing in this way.
So what you do, you just click share Chrome, share Chrome tab.
And you can select like right now I have three tabs opening for my email and my creator studio and my page.
Good food, good life without page. So if I want to share, I can just go ahead and click share and it will show my tabs.
And you can just switch between each tab like it. Now I'm clicking on another tab and then I wanted to present to people.
So. I just do that and then I will have a little pop up here that I'm still on the meeting,
but I am able to work on other tab and show them other tabs as well.
But if I move on to other tabs in the presentation, it won't show.
It won't show that like I'm at other tabs because we only show that one particular tab.
Sometime that you are in the meeting and you want to share a video with someone in the meeting
and you want to make sure that the video has the audio like the other party can listen to your audio as well.
Here's what you do. I'm just going to stop presenting first and you need to there's a little button that you can see.
I want to show you that is this button. Also share tab audio as well.
This way when you click on this button, whatever video that you share, it will also have an included audio as well.
I want to show you another way to share the screen that is share an entire screen.
So right now I have two screens on my computer.
So I wanted to share this particular screen, the screen two only.
So I just click on if you only have one screen, you just click on your entire screen.
So everything that you do on that computer, it will be seen by other people.
But I wanted to share on the just one particular screen now.
So I just click on screen two and click share everything that I do on this screen, the whole screen.
It will be seen by you. You will be able to see what I'm doing on that screen.
So just be careful when you do a presentation using the entire screen.
Okay. All right. That's it. That's what I promised you.
And here's the second part of basic Google Meet.
So I hope you learn something and I hope you enjoy the video.
If you want to know more about something else, let me know in the comments and I'll try my best to make the video for you.
Thanks for watching. Bye for now.
