President Donald Trump honored the nearly 3,000 lives lost on 9/11 as he spoke at the “Steel Across America” event in Washington, three days before the 25th anniversary of the attacks. Trump also posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Welles Crowther, who saved multiple lives during the attacks.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio begins his three-day tour of Latin America Tuesday, touching down in Colombia, and is set to meet with the country’s new president, Abelardo de la Espriella. Rubio will meet with leaders in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru this week.

Voters head to the polls Tuesday in New Hampshire to cast their ballots for gubernatorial, U.S Senate, and U.S. House candidates. It’s a tight race in the Senate primary as both parties are vying for the competitive open seat just eight weeks out from the midterms.
