DHS Secretary Mullin Announces Results of Operation Rotten Apple in New York

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials hold a news conference at 10 a.m. ET on Sept. 1 in New York City to announce the results of Operation Rotten Apple, which had more than 2,100 arrests of illegal aliens in New York. Mullin also discusses cooperation between the Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement and takes questions from the media.
