The Trump administration announces its latest crackdown on people exploiting the U.S. immigration system. Federal prosecutors unsealed an indictment out of New York charging 11 individuals in a decade-long marriage fraud scheme involving more than 1,000 marriages with Chinese nationals.
The Department of Justice is urging the U.S. Supreme Court again to rescue mail-in ballot restrictions before the midterm elections. This comes after a lower court blocked proof of citizenship.
