NYPD commissioner Jessica Tisch said on Monday the department is investigating the hurling of devices at protest outside mayoral residence on Saturday as 'ISIS-inspired' terrorist act. The incident happened during dueling protests outside Gracie Mansion Saturday. Two men were arrested.
