Tesla Votes Musk 1st Trillionaire; KS Mayor Charged; ICE Arrests 1,500 In Houston; 3I/ATLAS Approach

Hello all you freedom loving people. Kansas mayor was arrested for voting as a non-citizen. ICE announced another round of arrests after a 10-day operation in Houston and there's been a lot of talk about an object that entered our solar system. Okay, let's get into it. Kansas mayor was charged with allegedly voting as a non-citizen in multiple elections. Yesterday, Kansas Republican Secretary of State Scott Schwab and Attorney General Chris Kobach filed six charges in Comanche County against Coldwater Mayor Joe Ceballos for voting in elections in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Ceballos previously also served as a councilman. He is a lawful permanent resident from Mexico, but allegedly he's not a U.S. citizen. Kobach did not detail how state officials learned that the mayor and former city councilman is allegedly a non-citizen. But Kobach said that investigators had unassailable evidence against Ceballos. The charges against Ceballos include perjury and voting without being qualified. And these charges carry a maximum penalty of more than five years in prison. Kobach and Schwab said that they have started using a federal database that compares voter rolls with immigration records. So they believe that this new tool could reveal even more cases of voter fraud across the state. Ceballos was also on the ballot for re-election on Election Day, but the official results have not yet been certified. Kobach said that city officials such as mayors are required by law to be U.S. citizens. The first appearance in court for Ceballos is scheduled for December 3rd. The Tesla shareholder meeting was held today. Musk's new pay package was the key measure. Shareholders have decided to approve Elon Musk's astronomical compensation package. Tesla's board has staked the company's entire future on Elon Musk. They believe that only he can transform Tesla into an AI powerhouse that is capable of producing and delivering millions of robo-taxis and humanoid robots. A significant number of shareholders share this view. To retain Musk, the board reached an agreement with him. If Musk achieves all performance targets set by the board within 10 years, he will receive one quarter of Tesla's total shares, which means that Musk will have as much as 423.7 million additional shares of Tesla stock over the next 10 years. Those shares should be worth about $1 trillion, assuming the company reaches the $8.5 trillion market cap needed to have Musk qualify for the full potential payout. Tesla will grant Musk 12 tranches of stock options, which will be delivered in installments and tied to a series of highly challenging targets. Furthermore, Musk is required to hold the shares for five years. This is significantly higher than the compensation of any other CEO worldwide. Even if most performance targets remain unmet, Musk will still receive a record-breaking compensation package worth tens of billions of dollars. During negotiations, Musk told board members that if an agreement could not be reached, he would resign as Tesla CEO or redirect his focus to XAI, SpaceX, and his other business ventures. For Tesla to reach $8.5 trillion in market value, it would need an increase of 466% from today's stock price. Nancy Tengler, the CEO of Lawford Tengler Investment, stated that if stock prices can grow six-fold, investors will undoubtedly reap substantial rewards. Therefore, if he can affect change and realize his vision, why should anyone care how much he earns? However, some shareholders have voiced their opposition to the proposal. They argue that the plan makes Tesla more dependent on Musk and could reduce the value of other shareholders' stock. On the eve of the vote, Tesla's board of directors sent a clear message to shareholders, approve Musk's compensation package or risk his departure from Tesla and a potential collapse in the stock price. Tesla's market capitalization of nearly $1.5 trillion is almost entirely built on Musk's long-standing promise that Tesla will dominate the future of self-driving cars and humanoid robots. This risk gave him significant leverage to demand unprecedented compensation, and the board's stance of wanting to retain Musk is understandable. But there are different voices. Ross Gerber, the CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth Investment Management, questions the size of the pay package. He said, So if you get a trillion dollars over 10 years, that's $275 million a day. I just don't know in the world anybody thinks of that as fair to shareholders. Numerous investment funds have already announced that they're voting against the package, including Norges Bank Investment Management and some U.S. public pension funds in California and New York. Musk argued that he needs a greater stake in the company. He said during a recent investor's call, It's not like I'm going to go spend the money. There needs to be enough voting control to give me a strong influence, but not so much that I can't be fired if I go insane. Today, Immigration and Custom Enforcement and other federal and Texas officials announced that they had carried out a massive 10-day operation in Houston that resulted in over 1,500 arrests. Among the arrests were aggravated felons, gang members, sexual predators, murderers, and others. In total, the October operation resulted in the arrest of 17 documented gang members, 40 aggravated felons, one convicted murderer, and 13 sexual predators. Brett Bradford, who directs the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations field office, said that despite rising political hate against ICE and intentionally false information, the operation was successful. These arrests came after another ICE Houston operation in August resulted in 822 arrests and another operation in February and March that led to 543 arrests. ICE also said that 255 of those arrested had previously been deported at least once. The FBI also announced yesterday that four more men have been arrested and charged with plotting the ISIS-inspired Halloween attack in Michigan. Two of the suspects were charged in New Jersey, one in Washington, and another in Michigan. Alina Haba, who is the acting attorney for the District of New Jersey, explained about the suspects in a video on X. The New Jersey suspects have been identified as Thomas Khan Jimenez-Gazal and Milo Sedanek. Both of them are from Montclair. The first suspect is charged with conspiring to provide material support to a designated terrorist organization. The second suspect is charged with transmitting violent anti-Semitic threats across the internet to individuals in the state of New Jersey and beyond. A third suspect from Kent, Washington, has also been taken into custody for alleged involvement in the terrorist plot. FBI Director Cash Patel thanked Haba for pursuing justice with the New Jersey arrests. He wrote on X, two additional suspects have been charged in connection with the alleged Halloween terror plot in Detroit last week. The FBI also named an additional co-conspirator known as Ayab Nasr from Michigan. Based on the court documents, prosecutors allege that Nasr traveled to an amusement park with a co-conspirator in the Midwest. They allegedly visited there to scout a location for the group's plot. They also said that a computer at the home of Nasr and his brother revealed that someone had searched, is it crowded on Halloweekend regarding that amusement park. The four suspects who were newly charged joined the two other male suspects who were charged in Michigan earlier this week. We previously reported that those two were charged over an alleged terror plot targeting LGBT friendly venues near Detroit. And now it turns out that one of those previously charged suspects was actually Nasr's brother. Five of the six co-conspirators allegedly practiced shooting at gun ranges on at least five separate occasions in September and October. The FBI believes that these exercises were to develop their firearm skills in furtherance of an attack. The suspects also allegedly kept in regular communication with other individuals so that they knew the potential attack plans and related information. Based on the court documents, one of the suspects regularly consulted the father of a local Islamic extremist ideologue about when to commit a so-called good deed. The FBI alleges that the group used online encrypted communications and social media apps to share extremist and ISIS related materials that encourage attacks similar to what they planned. And so far, one of the co-conspirators has admitted to being a member of the chat groups known as Islamic State Lasting and Islamic State of America on the Discord social media platform. The Islamic State of America chat group contained messages about alleged plans to attack the Chicago Pride Parade on June 8th. Phone records also showed that the suspects looked up information on various mass killings, including the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting and the deadly 2025 New Orleans truck attack. Yesterday, New York City Mayor-Elect Zoran Mamdani announced that his transition team would be all female. Several of the women announced on Mamdani's transition website as co-chairs of the transition team are Democratic insiders. Mamdani said that these women were chosen on the basis of excellence, integrity and a hunger to solve old problems with new solutions. Yesterday, President Trump told Republican senators at a breakfast meeting that he was not surprised by the recent election results. He said that victory had never been expected in those areas which are Democratic strongholds. But President Trump believes that the election results were unfavorable for Republicans. He stated that if you look at the analysis by polling experts, the government shutdown is a major factor. He pointed out that the government shutdown harms Republicans more than Democrats, and he suggested that Republicans need to better mobilize its voters. If you read the Pulses, the shutdown was a big factor, negative for the Republicans. But countless public servants are now not being paid and the air traffic control system is under increasing strain. We must get the government back open soon and really immediately. We have to get it up. We have the hottest economy we've ever had and it's affecting the stock market now a little bit. But during a Capitol Hill press conference yesterday, House Speaker Mike Johnson denied that these election results reflect any problems within the Republican Party. There's no surprises. What happened last night was blue states and blue cities voted blue. We all saw that coming. And no one should read too much into last night's election results. Off-year elections are not indicative of what's to come. That's what history teaches us. By the way, it's worthy of note that Zoran Mandami himself only received a little over a million votes, 1,036,000 votes. There are 8.3 million residents in New York City, 8.5 million actually is the number, I think. So about 12% of the city voted to turn their city over to the communists. We'll see how that works out. In a video posted on ex Vivek Ramaswamy, a candidate for governor of Ohio, stated that the Republican Party has lost votes due to its failure to effectively address rising living costs. There's two key lessons for Republicans. Listen carefully. Number one, our side needs to focus on affordability. Make the American dream affordable. Bring down costs, electric costs, grocery costs, healthcare costs, and housing costs, and lay out how we're going to do it. And number two, cut out the identity politics. It doesn't suit Republicans. It's not for us. That's the woke left's game, not ours. We don't care about the color of your skin or your religion. We care about the content of your character. That's who we are. But Vice President J.D. Vance advised Republicans against taking the results too seriously. He wrote on X, I think it's idiotic to overreact to a couple of elections in blue states. Vance also emphasized the importance of focusing on domestic issues such as reducing interest rates and inflation to make life more affordable. And he urged an end to internal disputes. And Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin also attributed the state's defeat to the federal government shutdown. He stated that the federal government shutdown fueled voter concerns over mortgages, rent, and household expenses, leading to high turnout and the Republican defeat, which erased years of progress that he made since 2021. People on earth have been looking up at the sky lately. An extraordinary object is approaching us. This topic is quite specialized. It took me some time to grasp it. I'll try to explain it using non-technical terms. NASA recently observed a peculiar celestial object named 3i Atlas. It could be an interstellar comet, a comet that is not bound by the gravitational pull of any star. But we do not know for sure what it is yet. 3i Atlas is the third known object to come from outside of our solar system. At roughly 210,000 km per hour, 3i Atlas is the fastest ever recorded for a solar system visitor. NASA satellites and spacecraft of the European Space Agency that are near Mars took high-resolution photos of 3i Atlas. That was in early October, when 3i Atlas made its closest approach to Mars. The European Space Agency has already shared its images, but NASA still needs to share their images. They blamed the government shutdown as the reason for not releasing their footage. Yet, the pressure intensified last month after Representative Ana Paulina Luna sent a letter to the Acting Administrator for NASA, Sean Duffy, urging the agency to release the images. Then Luna posted on X yesterday saying that upon following up with NASA, they promised to release the images once the government is reopened. After reaching Perihelion, where the object's orbit was closest to the sun, on October 29, NASA spacecraft captured its extremely active appearance. Its unusual characteristics have sparked intense scientific debate. The focal point of the debate is whether this object is merely an exceptionally large meteorite or alien technology. Let's first take a look at what makes 3i Atlas so extraordinary. First and foremost, its orbital path is highly unusual. The object will pass by all of the planets as if its flight path is timed perfectly to do so. The actual track of 3i Atlas deviates significantly from the calculations predicted by Einstein's theory of general relativity. Harvard University professor Ave Loeb analyzed data that was provided by David Farnocea, a navigation engineer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He concluded that the actual path of 3i Atlas exceeds the explanatory scope of conventional comet models. According to Loeb's inference, this anomalous deviation suggests the presence of a manually operated or propulsion system, meaning it could potentially be an alien reconnaissance craft. In addition to its unusual trajectory, 3i Atlas exhibited extreme chemical activity around perihelion. It displayed a mysterious blue glow. Researchers discovered that while hidden behind the sun, 3i Atlas' brightness increased by several orders of magnitude at a rate that far exceeds expectations for a typical comet. These data come from papers that were published in late October by Carl Batams, who is a comet scientist at NASA's Solar Heliospheric Observatory, and by astronomer Keqing Zhang, among others. The papers indicate that the data show 3i Atlas appears significantly bluer than the sun. For these extreme anomalies, the scientific mainstream offers a compelling natural origin explanation. A research team led by Romain Maggiolo, a scientist at the Royal Belgium Institute for Space Aeronautics, published their findings on October 31st. By combining data from the James Webb Space Telescope and NASA's SPHERE-X All-Sky Survey Telescope, they discovered an exceptionally thick CO2 crust on the surface of 3i Atlas. They believe that this layer of CO2 crust, which is approximately 15 to 20 meters thick, formed as a result of 3i Atlas' enduring prolonged cosmic radiation during its billions of years of interstellar travel. And they say that this crust is responsible for the blue glow. But Professor Loeb disagrees. He believes that beyond its highly anomalous trajectory, the extreme antiquity of 3i Atlas dating back approximately three billion years before the solar system formed, along with its thick CO2 shell, can be interpreted as purposeful design for what he calls an alien reconnaissance craft. Loeb appeared on Joe Rogan's podcast on October 28th stating that many fellow scientists are only willing to explain anomalous phenomena within existing theories. He referred to this as calling an elephant a zebra. He said that it was like experts describing a zebra. They come to the zoo, see an elephant, and then say, oh, that elephant is a zebra without stripes. But Loeb says, no, that's a completely different animal. He explained that due to this calling an elephant a zebra mindset, many people had dismissed his observations and discoveries with contempt, and they even distorted and slandered him. He recounted a story that happened in 2020 at the time he was chair of physics and astronomy at the National Academies. NASA informed him that a meteorite originating from outside our solar system had fallen into the Pacific Ocean. Upon receiving this information, he and his team located the meteorite, which then comprised a total of 850 melt particles. Then some people started spreading confusion, claiming that they had come to the wrong place. Even a New York Times reporter stated, they came to the wrong place. That wasn't a meteorite. It was a truck. The professor stated that the reporter didn't even bother to inquire about the situation. His team located the address based on data from U.S. government satellites, and NASA has confirmed the address. Well, it's the New York Times after all. It looks like this publication could be renamed the New York Fiction Times. Despite being excluded by his peers, Dr. Loeb finds joy in his work. He has an exceptionally open mind. Regarding the interstellar visitor that has entered our solar system, Dr. Loeb remains calm yet enthusiastic and curious. He pointed out that scientists should address this question. Are we humans alone? This is one of the most romantic questions in the scientific community. It is not about the future of Earth. It's about the future of humanity. Alvae Loeb also discussed more unusual aspects of 3i Atlas on the noting that the jet-like radiation points toward the sun rather than away from it, and the tail of 3i Atlas is remarkably faint. He pointed out that spacecraft and rocks or comets appear different because spacecraft lack the tail characteristics of comets, and they are propelled by other means. Additionally, findings to date indicate that 3i Atlas is traversing the solar system at an unusually smooth and straight trajectory, traveling at a speed exceeding 210,000 km per hour. According to Loeb's explanation, 3i Atlas selected the trajectory with the highest flight efficiency. Specifically, its orbital plane aligns remarkably precisely with the elliptic plane of the planets in the solar system. The probability of such a coincidence is only about 0.2%. So is the fact that this potential spacecraft visited the solar system in the most economical and optimized manner merely a coincidence? SpaceX founder Elon Musk also appeared on the program mentioning that forces beyond gravity influence the object's trajectory, and he is not ruling out the possibility of alien involvement. Regardless of the nature of 3i Atlas, scientists will use the upcoming opportunity to study its details. Currently, 3i Atlas is gradually reappearing in the Northern Hemisphere night sky and will reach its closest point to Earth on December 19th. Two European Space Agency spacecraft may fly through its long tail before 3i Atlas begins its journey back out of the solar system, seizing this precious opportunity to collect samples of interstellar matter.
