Trump Stands Firm on Canada and Mexico Tariffs; Trump and Macron Meet to Discuss Peace in Ukraine

President Trump met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Washington on Monday. NTD spoke with Steve Yates, a Senior Fellow for National Security Policy at The Heritage Foundation to discuss Europe’s involvement for peace in Ukraine.

House Republicans face a major test this week. Members of the House are expected to vote today on the House Budget Resolution. House Speaker Mike Johnson currently holds a very slim majority in the House, and it’s also unclear how much support the bill has, with some lawmakers voicing concerns over potential cuts to Medicaid.
