Authorities have identified the suspect in the Las Vegas Cybertruck explosion as active-duty U.S. Army Green Beret, Matthew Livelsberger. They say the suspect shot himself in the head before the explosion went off, but they still don't know what motivated him. Investigators say there is no apparent link between this incident and the deadly New Orleans car ramming.
