75 Sick From McDonald's E. coli Outbreak; Harris and Trump Campaign in Texas

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Friday that 75 people have been infected from the E. coli outbreak linked to McDonald's Quarter Pounder hamburgers. One person has died and 22 other have been hospitalized. The FDA and the CDC identified onions as the possible contamination cause.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed Friday that North Korean troops are poised to be deployed by Russia on the battlefield in Ukraine as early as this Sunday. He didn’t provide any further details, including where the North Korean soldiers may be sent, but called the deployment “an obvious escalating move by Russia.”
