Data Republican has just dropped a bombshell report on her X page, claiming that the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) have a disturbing plan for Americans following the November midterm elections, particularly if Democrats manage to sweep both the House and the Senate.
And quite frankly, I am absolutely terrified. Number one, because of what this report suggests could be coming after the election, and number two, because Democrats could very well take control of both chambers of Congress.
Everything is at stake in this midterm election.
According to Data Republican, she recently obtained thousands of transcripts and hundreds of recordings that she says reveal a much larger strategy being discussed behind the scenes.
We have already heard about the DSA proposing structural reforms in America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. But according to her latest findings, what Americans haven’t heard about is an alleged operational plan to put some of these ideas into action.
And this is where things get particularly disturbing.
Data Republican claims that if Democrats sweep the 2026 midterms, DSA activists could become what she describes as “foot soldiers” in constant clashes with the Trump administration, potentially pushing the situation toward a red line that could result in President Donald Trump invoking the Insurrection Act.
For those unfamiliar, the Insurrection Act of 1807 is a federal law that allows the president, under certain circumstances, to deploy federal troops or federalize National Guard forces in response to insurrection, rebellion, or serious civil disorder.
According to Data Republican’s interpretation of the material, such an action could trigger a series of coordinated political responses aimed at delegitimizing the federal government and shifting political legitimacy toward Democratic governors.
The ultimate objective, she suggests, could be to turn the 2028 presidential election into a referendum on whether Americans want to maintain their existing system of government or fundamentally transform it.
Think about that for a moment.
This is not simply a discussion about changing a few policies. The allegations raise questions about whether certain activists are preparing to use a potential political crisis as an opportunity to push for major changes to America’s governing institutions.
Alleged Coordination With Governors and Political Organizations
Data Republican also points to a group she identifies as the United Democracy Alliance, which she claims has been involved in coordinating activist networks connected to movements such as 50501, Indivisible, and the No Kings protests.
She references political scientist Erica Chenoweth and the well-known 3.5% rule associated with research on nonviolent resistance and political change.
But what really caught my attention was one of the recordings she released.
In that recording, a speaker describes meetings with Governors Safeguarding Democracy, a forum that brings together Democratic governors, and potential connections with Mayors for Democracy, a national network of mayors.
The speaker discusses emergency scenario planning and efforts to connect with people capable of providing political legitimacy to certain responses.
She describes the possibility of organizing briefings for governors, including discussions about a so-called “doomsday scenario” and the options available to them.
According to the speaker, securing an opportunity to brief Governors Safeguarding Democracy would represent a major breakthrough.
Wow.
Just think about what is being discussed here. They are talking about emergency scenarios, political legitimacy, and potentially coordinating with governors regarding how to respond to a crisis.
Now, that recording alone does not establish that governors agreed to participate in any unlawful strategy. But the discussions raise serious questions about what scenarios these organizations are preparing for and exactly what kind of political transformation they envision.
And the recordings don’t stop there.
A Midterm Meltdown and a Crisis of Legitimacy
On October 19, Data Republican expanded her reporting, sharing additional clips that she believes reveal more about the strategy.
In one recording, a woman identified in the report as Danielle, associated with a democracy renewal group, discusses the possibility of a crisis surrounding the midterms.
She suggests that if there is a meltdown around the elections and a crisis of legitimacy, it could create what she calls a “window of opportunity” to begin a conversation about transforming the system.
She also stresses the need for extensive organization beforehand, describing the proposed effort as a plan that needs to be dramatically accelerated.
Now, wait a minute.
She is talking about taking advantage of a midterm election meltdown, crossing red lines, a crisis of legitimacy, and transforming the entire system.
What exactly does that mean to these people?
What kind of transformation are they talking about? And what happens if the country experiences the very crisis they are discussing?
Those are questions Americans deserve answers to.
And another recording raises even more concerns.
In that clip, a male speaker discusses organizations behind the No Kings protests, acknowledging that many publicly support and want to protect the Constitution.
But he then suggests that a separate organization would need to be explicitly anti-constitutional.
Yes, you read that correctly.
The speaker openly discusses creating an organization that would take an anti-constitutional position.
Now, that does not mean every organization involved in the protests shares that position. In fact, the recording itself acknowledges differences between the groups. But hearing someone discuss the possibility of an explicitly anti-constitutional organization should certainly get Americans asking questions.
Because what exactly are these individuals hoping to usher in?
A Political Crisis Designed to Transform America?
An X commentator expanded on Data Republican’s allegations, offering his own interpretation of what the recordings could mean.
According to his assessment, the alleged strategy would unfold in several stages.
First, following the midterm elections, activists associated with the DSA would engage in civil unrest. The commentator then theorizes that escalating unrest could become severe enough that President Trump might invoke the Insurrection Act.
From there, he argues, the invocation of the act could be used to create a national perception that the federal government has lost its legitimacy.
Under this theory, Democratic governors could then be encouraged to reject certain forms of federal authority while activists pushed for major structural changes to the federal government, potentially including changes to the Constitution itself.
The commentator compared the scenario to a CIA-style color revolution taking place on American soil and even raised the possibility of a crisis resembling the tensions surrounding Fort Sumter before the Civil War.
Those are extraordinary allegations, and the recordings presented so far do not independently establish that such a coordinated plan exists.
But what makes the exchange particularly noteworthy is that Data Republican responded to the commentator by telling him he had interpreted her findings correctly.
She further claimed that some of the same individuals involved were connected to what she called the original “Seditious Six,” arguing that efforts at regime change would require defections or resistance within
