There has not been a lot of luck for the New York Jets organization over the last decade. This is a franchise who has not made the playoffs since the 2010 NFL season. New York has a couple of good players on the roster and one of them is running back Breece Hall.

On Monday during training camp, Hall suffered a non-contact injury, and it appeared as if it was going to be a bad news thing. Well Adam Schefter of ESPN posted on his Twitter, “Jets RB Breece Hall suffered a strained groin today, per HC Aaron Glenn. “I don’t think it was a big deal,” Glenn told reporters.” The Jets should probably hold him out until the start of the 2026 NFL season. They will be playing on the road against the Tennessee Titans in Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season.

There are a lot of fans who are happy that Hall avoided a serious injury. This is what Jets fans had to say about it on Twitter:

Voodoo magic didn’t work this time! Jets to the superbowl!

He should be cautious in order not to get worse.
Not just take it easy and say it’s not big deal.

Hall’s already soft and injury prone. Classic Jets can’t keep a real running back healthy for five minutes.
Season’s cooked before Week 1 and Glenn’s already making excuses.

Hall last season with the Jets rushed for 1,065 yards on 243 carries and four touchdowns, along with averaging 4.4 yards per carry. He also caught 36 passes for 350 yards receiving and one touchdown, along with averaging 9.7 yards per reception. Hall was targeted 48 times. He is only 25 years old and luckily got a new contract with New York this off-season. Hall needs to be healthy for the Jets if this franchise wants to change it around this season after going 3-14 a year ago.
