“Pretends To Be Shocked”: NFL Fans Not Surprised That the Minnesota Vikings Name Kyler Murray as Sta

The Minnesota Vikings signed quarterback Kyler Murray to a one-year deal this off-season. He played in only five games last season with the Arizona Cardinals last season and was released. He is 29 years old. Many NFL fans thought that he was going to win the starting quarterback job over J.J. McCarthy. Well, it appears as if many of those NFL fans were right about Murray.

Adam Schefter of espn.com reported, “ESPN sources: the Vikings have named Kyler Murray their starting QB.” This is not a surprise. This was probably the plan for head coach Kevin O’Connell all along. Minnesota finished with a 9-8 record last season and missed the playoffs. Murray being the starter over McCarthy is no doubt going to make wide receiver Justin Jefferson happy here.
