The baby, Vance’s second son, was born Sunday evening at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Trump marked the occasion by posting a photograph showing the newborn with Vance’s two older children.

In the photograph, the two older Vance children were seated together on a couch, with Alec resting on the lap of his eldest brother.
