President Donald Trump said his six-month physical at Walter Reed found no health problems, though the White House has not yet released the exam results.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that his latest physical exam at Walter Reed Military Medical Center found no medical concerns, describing the results as perfect after completing the appointment in Bethesda, Maryland.
“Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.
The visit marked Trump’s fourth publicly disclosed medical examination of his second term. The White House had not yet released the official results of the physical as of Tuesday.
Trump, 79, is scheduled to turn 80 next month. He is the oldest person to assume the U.S. presidency. Tuesday’s appointment was his first in-person doctor visit since April 2025, according to NBC News.
Walter Reed National Military Medical Center is located about 10 miles north of the White House. Presidents routinely receive medical care and physical exams at the facility, which serves as the nation’s premier military medical center.
Trump’s statement offered the first public account of the visit, but it did not include details such as blood pressure, weight, cholesterol levels, medications or other standard health metrics commonly included in presidential medical summaries.
The exam comes as public attention remains focused on the health of national leaders and the demands of the presidency. Trump’s age has kept his medical updates under scrutiny, particularly as he continues a full schedule of official duties during his second term.
The White House is expected to provide additional information if it releases the physician’s report from the exam.
