Donald Trump Jr. and fiancée Bettina Anderson are reportedly preparing to marry over Memorial Day weekend during a private ceremony in the Bahamas.
According to a Page Six report, the couple plans to hold a small wedding gathering on a private island rather than staging a larger public event in the United States.
The outlet, citing an unnamed source, reported that the pair had previously discussed holding a more formal celebration at the White House at a later date. Those plans were reportedly reconsidered due to concerns about hosting an elaborate event while the conflict involving Iran remains ongoing.
With the war continuing, the couple allegedly decided not to postpone their wedding further.
In April, Anderson celebrated a bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago, according to the report. The event reportedly featured an “Enchanted Garden” theme and was attended by members of the Trump family, including Ivanka Trump, Lara Trump, Tiffany Trump, and Marla Maples.
Neither Trump Jr. nor Anderson has publicly confirmed details of the reported wedding plans.
