President Donald Trump disclosed at least $220 million in financial transactions involving major U.S. companies during the first three months of 2026, according to new federal ethics filings released Thursday by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics.
The disclosure reports showed cumulative transactions valued between roughly $220 million and $750 million, though the exact amounts were not specified because federal ethics rules require reporting only within broad financial ranges. The filings included purchases and sales tied to some of the country’s largest corporations, including Microsoft, Meta Platforms, Oracle, Broadcom, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs.
Among the largest purchases reported were investments worth between $1 million and $5 million each in an S&P 500 index fund, Nvidia and Apple. Large sales, valued between $5 million and $25 million apiece, included holdings connected to Microsoft, Amazon and Meta.
The filings did not specify whether the securities involved were stocks, bonds or other financial instruments. They also did not indicate which accounts held the assets or who directly authorized the trades. Trump’s assets are managed through a trust overseen by his children, though some transactions noted that a broker acted as an agent.
The White House referred questions to the Trump Organization, whose attorney did not immediately comment. Trump’s broader annual financial disclosure covering business income, golf properties and cryptocurrency ventures is expected later this year.
