Yu Menglong: When we were crushed under the pressure of training, the fear of coercion from the entertainment company, and the pain of being repeatedly subjected to the industry's unspoken rules, Kimi kept telling me that I had to study and work incredibly hard in order to compete in various competitions and make a name for myself quickly.
Once we became entertainers in the public eye, those villains would be constrained by public opinion and would no longer dare harm us.
At that time, I was learning photography and videography. The camera had been given to me by a kind-hearted female business owner. When I was brought to a hotel to serve her, she did not harm me — she let me rest properly in the room, gave me the camera, and told me about the importance of gathering evidence.

But the words he had told me remained deeply in my heart: I had to make a name for myself, and take the opportunity of going abroad to expose the torment and suffering we had endured to the world.
Yu En: Yu, how did you come to learn of Qiao Renliang's death? What kind of persecution did he endure that led to his death? And what happened after he died?
Yu Menglong: Those of us entertainers controlled by the entertainment companies had no access to mobile phones or any electronic devices for communication. As for the gifts and letters sent by fans, the company would require us to go live and express our thanks — and once the livestream ended, the gifts and letters were confiscated by the entertainment company.
Our working hours were extremely long. We woke up at five or six in the morning, and being able to go to bed by midnight was a luxury. Filming until three or four in the morning — or even until dawn — was commonplace.
On this particular day, my body was utterly exhausted, but the entertainment company still required me to do a livestream. As a makeup artist touched up my face, I was sorting through the gifts and letters sent by fans, when suddenly I came across a package. It had only my name written on it — no address, no phone number, no sender's name.
When I opened it, I was horrified on the spot. The makeup artist let out a scream. Inside was a segment of a human finger, bloodily and carelessly wrapped, along with a letter. The letter contained threatening words, stating that the finger belonged to Qiao Renliang — and that I would be next.
I knew what had happened to Kimi. It was no secret in the entertainment industry — the companies would push an entertainer to the breaking point until they fought back, and then have them killed.
I cried so hard I couldn't do the livestream, and was slapped across the face by my furious agent. As someone trained in martial arts, the force of his hand was tremendous, and before long my face was bruised. He then forced the makeup artist to cover it with thick foundation — because no matter how grief-stricken I was, the livestream had to go on.
Livestreams allow interaction with fans, boost popularity, give fans a first look at an entertainer's movements and upcoming projects — making new works generate buzz before they even air, and keeping topics hot.
I kept thinking about what had happened to Kimi, and this foreshadowed that I too would walk the same road to death, plunging my spirits very low. During a break, I pleaded with a staff member at the entertainment company whom I was close to, to secretly remove the package containing the finger and the letter.
There were still good people within the entertainment company. After my death, they not only spread the news but also helped hide the truth of my death within the pupils of photographs — a technique known as "dissolving into the lens."
I secretly recorded the finger and the letter on camera, copied the footage to the USB drive, then deleted the data from the camera. That digital camera was the only electronic device I was ever permitted to carry with me, as it could not connect to any network — no WiFi — and could only take photos and record video.
At my earnest request, the entertainment company staff member buried the finger and the letter in the ground, so that Kimi could rest in peace beneath the earth.
After my death, my soul was freed, and I set off without pause — searching heaven and earth, north and south — to find Kimi. For without his guidance and encouragement back then, there is no way I could have survived until 2025.
I searched for a long time but could not find his spirit anywhere. In my most helpless moment, a voice guided me, telling me that inside a certain enormous and evil Satanic ritual venue, "they" were all being held captive there.
Following the voice's direction, I found Kimi and the souls of other young entertainers who had already passed — all of them bound together by countless red threads.
After I defeated the demon with the help of the dragon clan and severed the red threads to free all the deceased entertainers, I finally had the chance to ask him how he had died.
Kimi said that he must personally witness the dissolution of the CCP before he will reincarnate. He will do his part in the battle where the Dragon Clan eliminates the Red Dragon of the CCP.
Other artists who were persecuted to death have also expressed that they are unwilling to reincarnate. They wish to gather their collective strength to help with this cause, to personally witness the CCP’s collapse before reincarnating, and to convey their voices to everyone through Yu En Transmission.
