President Donald Trump shared a religious-themed image on social media this week, reposting an illustration that depicts him being embraced by Jesus Christ.
The image, originally posted online by a former Massachusetts congressional candidate, was later reshared by Trump on his Truth Social account. In the repost, Trump commented on the reaction to the image, writing in his Truth Social post, “The Radical Left Lunatics might not like this, but I think it is quite nice!!!”
The post follows a recent incident in which Trump had shared, and later removed, another image that drew attention and criticism online. That earlier image depicted a scene interpreted by some as a religious reference, prompting debate among users on social media platforms.
The newly shared image circulated widely after being posted on X, accompanied by commentary from its original uploader. Trump’s repost amplified its reach, drawing additional reactions across social media.
A separate post on X also highlighted the image and the president’s response, contributing to the ongoing online discussion.
The exchange reflects continued engagement by Trump on social media platforms, where his posts frequently generate widespread attention and commentary.
