Nick Bourgault of the Fitchburg Department of Public Works patches potholes with cold patch tar on Wednesday on Falulah Street in Fitchburg. He said the DPW fixes potholes year-round but that during the winter the plows rip up a lot of the pothole patches and they need to be redone, making for a busy spring.
